In town for work on 2nd shift, and they were the only place I could get a salad after 11pm. The salad itself is huge (even for a large) and tasty. Staff was cheerful as well which is always nice. Dressing came on the side without asking, which is just smart.

While visiting a family member and keeping their children we needed food for that evening. We tried their thin crust all meat pizza and a Greek salad. Was delivered in about an hour and was good.

Ordered pizza with a small group of co-workers working the weekend. Scheduled my pickup time for 10:30am and arrived at the store shortly after. The toppings looked great and the dough was soft but the pizza was room temperature, like it had been made well before the pickup time. I have no problem re-heating food but doing so less than 15 minutes from pickup time ... come on. Oh well, we all still enjoyed the pizza!

Dec 8, 2018Previous reviewThis is my go-to pizza place for ordering lunch with my co-workers. The pizza is average but they will include plates if you ask which is a big help when ordering food for 12+ people.
The deals aren't that spectacular and usually knock off only $2. No app for ordering which is a bummer. However, when ordering on-line, the website doesn't require payment to place the order. There GF bbq chicken (no bacon) is amazing! As well as the GF garlic bread.
So much improve from their original GF attempt.

Just ordered for carry out for a family deal today. My son loves cottage in so much we ordered it on 09/10/2020 and today. I ordered over the internet and made a note on today's order I did not receive a salad I paid for two days ago.
Mind you I live 2 buildings in down town Charlotte away from this Cottage Inn and have picked up my order from the location from the back of the store several times and just two days prior to this order today.
15 minutes later I received a call from a guy named Marc. He just confirmed my phone number and my name, I made a mistake on my phone number. And then be began to say. We are delivery only, no pick ups/carry outs. And that the salad that was missed from two days ago he could do nothing about. He asked did you call and report it. I said no sorry I forgot.
He began to say your order will be ready in around 20 minutes. And that a Delivery driver will be dropping off your order. I said we could meet him down stairs out back of where we live due to I don't want anyone getting our door key code.
He said ok. I then asked why can't I just walk down and pick it up? We only deliver and that it.
My husband called back and asked the same questions I did and then guy said that he talked to canceled our order and hung up on him.
My husband called back and said we are going to make a complaint to the cooperate head quarters, asked who the owner was, said he was we still wanted what we paid for and the guy on the phone said he already canceled the order, he already called the owner and the money will go back on our credit card it a couple days and hung up on my husband again.
What crappy business practice of this employee, all over salad, the company for got to give me.

I would say this is probably my go-to pizza place in the area. Online ordering is pretty easy, they are timely in getting your order made, and very accommodating to requests. And unlike some of the big-brand places, they haven't started nickle-and-diming for things like Parmesan packets (Dominos wants almost $3 for a shaker now).

Front desk at the Holiday Inn recommenced. Pizza was good and had a tasty sauce, but the edges were so burnt that even I couldn't eat it, and I'm not really picky. Breadsticks were free with a coupon, but the sauce came to us cold

Pizza was great! We had the everything crust and several toppings. They did not skimp on the cheese or toppings. We also got a Ceasar salad and it was ok....i would prefer to have the salad tossed but they provided a generous amount of dressing (more than we needed). I would definitely order from Cottage Inn again.

The only reason the Cottage Inn on 5405 W Saginaw Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917 is receiving a three star is because the manager was polite in taking my call and said he would handle the portion control issue we had with our pizza. We had a bout 4 slices on a large that didn't have green peppers. The ones that were on there were large pieces. The dough was still spongy. The delivery driver came to the door with no pizza bag in sight, so not sure it was kept warm during travels. The pizza was kind of luke warn. These may be preference but the Holt, Michigan store provides a better product. We just want consistency between locations so we know we are getting the same service and product from no matter what location.

I placed an order and just got it 2 HOURS later. Like I I usually don't do this but fr 2 hours???? Would y'all want to idk not work so you get the WORK done quick??
