Richard and his crew did a fabulous job sorting, removing stuff and tidying up my father's 2br apartment when it came time to move his belongings (due to his move to assisted living). They knew what was what, hauled away things to donate and to the dump. I think they work all over the LA area so have a good sense of the local spots and how to get it done efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation!

Richard is professional, reliable, and his prices are very reasonable. Richard went above and beyond to get the job done even though the job turned out to be bigger than he expected. He is very kind and a very hard worker, and I felt he cared about making sure the job was done correctly. I have used Richard for a few years now for small projects. He is reliable and trustworthy. Recently I had a bigger project and I was motivated to remove the previous tenants belonging from my garage. I called Richard at 10:52 am and he was at my house at 12 pm. Richard responded promptly to my call, came same day, did a terrific job disconnecting some heavy appliances and removing them and a sofabed down a narrow staircase, all while protecting the floors and walls. He did the job quickly and for a very fair price. I recommend his services without reservation!

Richard and his assistant, Tito, were amazing today! We had them pick up and deliver furniture at three locations today, and they were extremely careful and conscientious with everything they moved for us. They worked so hard to move a large sofa upstairs into a room with a tight doorway, and they took it apart to make it work! They're also really nice guys! I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again!

I'm tired of Public Storage scamming and ripping me off on crazy rent $300+/mon for a 10x10, so I went to clear out today. Had a few things that I don't need and didn't have anyone to give away to, so I took them to the dumpster. Little did I know, I was met by an employee that says it would cost $150 to use their dumpster. I was so tired of the BS but wanted out of there so I was willing to pay the fee.

Well, he proceeded to tell me that it's $150 per load/trip I take to the dumpster. Mind you I am by myself, and throwing out a king bed frame, a futon and mattress. All in all would have been 4 trips=$600.

It took some restraints on my part not to use expletives at that point.

Onto Yelp I went, and found Richard and his business. He answered right away and was there in about 20 mins same day to haul away the things I didn't need...for a 10th the cost. He was courteous and professional. He even helped me get the futon down to his truck from my storage unit. I'd definitely recommend Richard and his business to anyone and everyone in LA.

I called more then 3 time no answer then you wonder why business is slow . Either you need to make it easy for people to email you call you get a hold of u get a way to actually get back with people soon it was hard to find your place and now you don't. Answers have a way to track calls see who's calling where there calling from but I can tell you this your losing a lot more money by not investing your your company man we have a lot of trash and we need it gone but looks like your not going to be the one to help so good luck to you.

I've called Richard many times since the first time he came out and removed my carpet and hauled it away. Besides using him for carpet removal twice, he's also moved furniture for me and my boyfriend several times, cleaned out the garage of my mom's house when I had to sell it quickly, and most recently helped me move patio furniture and string lights for my 50th birthday party. Richard and his son Liam are very hard working and I am grateful to have found Cote Trash Hauling and Cleanup. You will never be sorry by hiring them!
