Been coming to this Costco for 18+ years now. The staff is 99.99% wonderful. Sometimes you'll catch them in a bad mood, but we are all guilty of having a bad day. I watched many employees here grow older and older. We are all getting old together. Emma always has a great attitude. Jim is always practicing his stand up comedy routine and Daniel has such a warm smile (although I haven't seen him lately. He may have transferred).

I enjoyed reading the Karen and Darren's recent reviews on Yelp complaining about Costco cracking down on membership. If they knew how to read, they would know that Costco always required the actual member to be present when making purchases. It's nothing new. These young (and old) privileged Karen's and Darren's need to step up and get their own membership. Unfortunately the government giving out free handouts during Covid has spoiled some of these privileged brats and they expect businesses to give them free handouts. I couldn't care less if they spend thousands of dollars at Costco..I spend tens of thousands of dollars at Costco each year and you don't see me complaining about having to pay for 2 separate memberships. $60 and $120 is a bargain for the service and quality we get from Costco. So don't be a cheap Karen and pay for extra membership if you have more than 2 card holders. Everyone else does so why should you be any special? If you don't like the rules, go shop at Sam's Club in Fountain Valley or Long Beach, they don't even check membership ID's because they can't pay people to shop there. I'm sure after a few trips there and feeling like shopping in a third world country, you'll come back to the warm comfort of Costco.

I will give it 3 stars HERE's WHY:
      - Today, as I left, there was an employee who stopped me to tell me I could not leave the store unless I walked through a certain lane which wasn't specified anywhere so I told him NOT TODAY, next time, and he then moved out my way to walk thru the lane so I can exit the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE EXPERIENCE. Ego tripping at your work place isn't professional. It was a Mexican guy btw.
      - HOWEVER, the samples were on point today! Very very good samples! As you know Costco is membership only and you have to show ur Costco membership card at the door even tho I've seen ppl walk in without it, to check out you have to scan the card to buy anything here which I do when I go!
      - ILL SAY, I like some of their food like the fish options and I like their product area.
      - I'll say Costco customers are 90% cool and 10% aren't.
      - I like how big it is as a store and I like how it's overly done because I can try products out in the store and it won't even matter
OH WATCH OUT FOR: secret shoppers. They have them. They are dressed like regular ppl shopping but they are watching people around the store. Just know they can't touch you, if they do, record them, and sue them. Costco can be sued.

OTHERWISE it's cool to just go to browse or buy! We always have a Costco membership! Been shopping here since a child. I get their gas sometimes! Long lines tho.

I moved to this area recently and unfortunately this is the closest Costco. I saw unfortunately because I absolutely HATE coming to this Costco and I'm a huuuuge Costco Stan!!! I used to go to Costco's on the weekends just for fun and to explore the products, but out of all 7 Costco's I've went to, this is absolutely the worst Costco and the bottom of the list.

Let's start off with why. First of all, as soon as I entered, the lady asked do I have membership, I said yes and continued walking. Then she started yelling saying you need to show me. Okayyy, like please calm down. I've went to 7 Costco's, yes I know the greeters job is to make sure it's only members entering, but I've always just walked in without anyone asking with the most asking please take out your membership but even if I don't they let me pass. It's really dumb to ask for members at the entrance since literally at checkout you are unable to checkout without a membership. Why inconvenience at the entrance? Scared of people taking samples?

Speaking of samples, there are only a couple of samples at this store. Like 3-4 max. And the samples were lackluster too.

Now, let's talk about the employees. Literally every employee I talked to I lost brain cells or regretted opening my mouth. I asked people where certain products were, and they were absolutely no help. "I'm not sure, I think it might be in the other side of the store". Thanks very helpful. Out of all the employee interactions, only 2 were nice and helpful, one at the food court and one manager looking person who actually helped guide me to the product.

This Costco is smaller than other Costco's. The aisles feel smaller. It's super packed on Sundays, please don't go. People are inconsiderate, going super slow and not making space. I can't find the normal products I'm used to. And the gas station line is HUGE. Even bigger than the other Costco's I've went to. Also, no car wash. Also, why'd you get rid of churros smh.

I'm seriously considering driving farther to a different Costco.

Can you believe Costco did this?
I will NEVER buy hamburger at Costco again. This is disgusting!
How dare they hide that brown meat inside the fresh hamburger!!
I see this as theft, fraud, bait and switch, and dishonest. While prices are going up we are being ripped off too?! Wow Costco!!!

This place can be madness during the weekend. The parking lot is a nightmare to find an empty spot. Lines are long. I recommend coming on the weekday if possible.

Just wanted to highlight Kelley from the optical department! It was my 10-year-old daughter's first time getting glasses and she made the experience truly wonderful. She warmly welcomed my daughter to the glasses club and was informative, kind and enthusiastic the entire time. Can't thank her enough for making the foray into glasses feel so special.

I guess I've never reviewed Costco before?!

Standard Costco goods. Food court is located outside and you're required to scan your membership card to purchase food. Parking lot is huge.

Tire center: tires are middle ground on pricing. I had tires and the appointment to put them on was a week out. Took a little over an hour to put on and they called once it was ready. Overall great experience.

Eye center: helpful and compatible with my insurance; had a easy process for both eye glass selection as well as contacts. The frames can be pricey depending on what name brand you choose.

Love the self checkout option. There's always someone on site to troubleshoot if anything should arise. Alcohol sales are prohibited at self checkout.

Tidbit; some of you may know but anything ending in .00 is last chance items and typically also on clearance. If you want it, get it while you can! Sent the Hubs back for more $3.00 croissant bread the following day & it was sold out!

I love finding new items at my local Costco. Did I go there with the intent on buying any of these things? Absolutely not, but isn't that half of the appeal of Costco? You go in with a list and leave with a basket full of things that were NOT on the list.

This Costco has standard layout just similar as other wholesale stores. The parking lot is very packed here. There's is staff checking membership card at the entrance and receipt near the exit. The self checkout is fast once you get there, but the waiting line is very disorganized.
