What an amazing vet. I had to take my dog in ( he injured his dewclaw) Cheryl was able to get me in before close today.
I am so thankful to her and Dr. Lee for the superior service & also their staff for assisting with my squirmy dog.
What a lovely welcoming place to have been during a stressful situation for my dog. Thank you so very much Corona Animal Hospital looks like we found our new vetHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mona M.Riverside, CA072Dec 13, 2023
I have been going to Corona Animal Hospital for many years. My first dog, Gigi, had many serious issues. Dr. Lee saw her through them all. My friends, at the dog park, called Gigi "the miracle dog," because she survived so much. I credit Dr. Lee for that. He really cares about our pets and their wellbeing is his top concern.
I had a cat, Druid, who was older and had chronic renal failure. One day Druid got very constipated and was crying with the pain of it. I called and Dr. Lee said if I could bring him in right now, he would work on him between patients. I did and he did. He did several enemas and rectals and got him fixed up. And he only charged me for one enema, and they cost $50 each and rectals cost too. Plus, he did not charge me as an emergency, which it was.
I can't say enough about Dr. Lee, Dr. De La Paz, and all the staff at Corona Animal Hospital. I even named my new dog after the tech there, as she loved my Gigi so much and was always letting me know how much she loved her. When Gigi died the entire staff came in to say good-bye and comfort me. They were so kind and compassionate.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Carolyn G.Rancho Cucamonga, CA2475138Jun 28, 2023
Dr. Lee is very attentive and caring. He took care of Stella and helped reassure me. Stella was given medication and sent on her way on the mend. She has made a full recovery.

can already hear the response to this as if to manipulate the customer to thinking they are the ones wrong. If you look in the reviews, there are quite a few people that brutal responses from the owner. I don't care, of course. What they did to my dog,and to my family deserved my frustrated upset Jerry Mcguire response in the waiting room after the freakin bill they racked up after popping my dogs ear drum and giving her a severe allergic reaction. There is some definite manipulating behavior in this office. I heard the receptionist talk crap on another receptionist for half an hour and realized this place is drama.
First off, best of my ability to recolect due to over a month of reprocussions from visit.
I go in for a regular routine exam and say we'll my dog does shake her head sometimes. Then I walk out with a horrible mess of a dog who is then racking up hundreds of dollars of bills. I had to return the next week with massive severe infection and reaction when my dog was perfectly fine prior to the vet visit. Please see the photos. But, get this, the rude receptionist wouldn't get me into the clinic. It was already two. I was waiting around for her to call me back to let me know if the doctor could fix the problem he created. I called her back say no I need to come down this need ls addressed now."" So I continued to drive down there, uninvited, after they destroyed my dogs ear canals to get help with he mess they created and doctor calls me and says look lady your being rude to my receptionist demanding your coming down here. The receptionist is not nice she's the one that talks crap about coworkers, and she hates my kids when we are there. The rude looks and the frustrated looks at the girls when we are there are obvious. I can tell when I'm just hated and when my kids are hated as well. Anyway, I go back to the office and force myself to have their dr fix what he did to my dog and walk out with a huge bill, and guess what? Well, you know it gets worse, I'm sure? At this point, I tried the other doctor in the office. She seems genuine and real a little more lively than most other people in the office, and she prescribes the dog medication that makes it worse once again! The photos were taken after my dog had some healing. I went to the emergency vet at this point and waited for over four hours, and at that point, I had to return home. I come home, and this woman dr from corona Animal Hospital is telling me to rub my dogs complete bloody oozing ears with dish soap. I just about freaked. I was like, um, no. I scheduled another apt with a different vet clinic, and thats when they tell me my dog likely has a popped eardrum her head is tilted. The doctor wanted all meds discontinued. Dr. wanted medication for itching and left her popped ear drum alone with some oral antibiotics. Well as I'm checking out dr de la Paz the woman dr from corona animal hospital calls and tells me this vet is probably just scaring me that it's a tactic vets use and to not purchase the medicine(red flag), so I do get scared and believe dr Dela paz, come back in a week. So, I do and I arrive at 1130 because I had the apt time down on my calendar that time and they freaking turn my dog and me away with my kids who we have piled in the car, driving in traffic, and arrived for the issue that these people created . I walk in to see the receptionist snickering and gaining composure to be so excited to tell me I can't stay because I'm late . She stated she contacted me the night before, and she did, but I was driving. I tried immediately calling back to verify the time again because I had a different time down and couldn't access my calendar. Well, they didn't answer. I arrive with the time on my calendar and am pushed away. I get it about late Apts, but then they continue to say I have been late many times.. that is not true. i pride myself on my punctuality. The only reason why I would have anything like that is because this pissed off receptionist who I told what's up to has it out for me. I'd like to challenge the receptionist and show i have not been late with google MapsHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Joanne C.Irvine, CA03Feb 27, 2024
Corona Animal Hospital is absolutely the best veterinary services we have ever experienced. I have had many many pets for 70 years and our visit with Dr. De La Cruz(?) yesterday with our 6-month-old standard poodle puppy was an experience like no other. They were very busy with 2 emergencies before us yet, Doctor treated us like we were the only people on the planet. She explained all options for vaccines and spaying in detail and never pushed unnecessary services. I admit we had planned to take our little girl to a low-cost spay clinic when the time comes but absolutely will only put her in the hands of Corona Animal Hospital.

Could not believe the rude customer service over the phone. I understand they have to do exams pre-surgery but the woman who answered straight up hung up on me.

I've been taking my dogs here for years. Prior to that I was going to several different other clinics and was never satisfied. Dr Lee and Dr De La Paz are amazing and I find it difficult to think to go anywhere else. They're highly analytical and spend the time to answer all your questions. They look at each pets special case. When my little girl was diagnosed with a terminal illness Dr Lee was with her all the way. He supported her in conjunction with her oncologist and the emergency facility. He took her in same day several times when she needed urgent supportive care through her treatments. He took the time even outside of office hours to consult with her ER doctors and I'm forever grateful. The technicians and receptionists here have also treated my pets very well. You can be assured they care about your pet here.

I really like this clinic, but the hours do not work if you have a job. They used to have good hours, but after covid everything changed. I have had to take my dogs elsewhere due to the fact that I work to 5 pm. Very disappointed in the change of hours, as I love this veterinary office.

Be careful sending your pets here, they really do not care about the well being on your precious animal. They will reschedule for "emergencies" and then get upset when the client (me) is upset. They clearly have upset many people with their lack of professional communication, because look at the threats they send during text confirmation.. yikes, clearly they need to work on customer service. My cat was here all day with who knows what kind of supervison, he was probably left alone in a cage for hours, only for them to cancel the appointment last minute..after keeping my cat there ALL day. So sad. I still look back on my experience as being the worst one I have ever had, even a year later. The front desk staff is horrendous and need to learn how to properly and professionally communicate with clients.

The veterinarian that day had a medical emergency, and all appointments and surgeries had to be rescheduled. I’m sorry that you do not accept this as a viable reason for your cat not to be neutered that day, but we cannot control nor predict when medical emergencies arise to our staff and cause disruptions in the schedule, although extremely rare. I understand the inconvenience that this caused, but we ask for a little understanding when the person who is supposed to do your cat’s surgery is physically unable to because she had to seek emergency medical attention herself. All other clients were very sympathetic and understood the severity of the situation. We contacted you at noon right after the emergency occurred, and your significant other picked up your pet later in the day when he was able to do so.
Nov 19, 2021Previous reviewThis place does not care for their customers at all. All the owner cares about is making his incredibly rude front staff employees happy. They can treat their customers like trash & get away with it. No wonder they work with animals & not people.

I've been coming to Corona Animal Hospital since we got our baby Boca seven years ago.
Both doctors on staff are absolutely remarkable. They are attentive and gentle.
Boca sees Dr. LaPaz more often but has seen Dr. Lee on an emergency visit as well.
Boca had one of her eyelids lacerated by a cat and he took in same day for surgery no issues.
The staff is also incredible. I never have any issues calling to update information or get a refill on flea prescription.
It is SO hard to find quality care in veterinarians and I found it at Corona Animal Hospital.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 4, 2015Previous reviewBest animal hospital - hands down.
The entire staff is very sweet and accommodating.
I have a super hyper boxer pup and an unruly 2 year old and they made me feel welcome and eased my stress.
Dr. Lee is thorough and very honest. He is caring toward your fur baby and looks into all history containing your pet.
He did not for anything unnecessary which all too common in vet's these days.
They were able to accommodate my appointment time for the same day which was comforting since my pup had a skin irritation that was making me worry. I wasn't charged for an emergency visit, and I used the 50% off yelp coupon which made my already very surprisingly low total cost, even lower.
I used to work for an animal hospital when I was 19 and the way the animals were treated was horrific. I have always been incredibly wary of taking my pets anywhere. This is the second vet I would recommend to people and I've already done that.
Corona Animal Hospital is truly, truly a great animal hospital and I am very happy.
After one day of the recommended treatment and meds, my Boca is looking so much better already.
They deserve much more than five stars.
