Customer Service: They're doing it right!!

I honestly began using the Coppin Agency by default. They are who my mom uses so when I got my own policy I just decided to use them as well. I'm glad I did.

I purchased a new truck at the beginning of the year and I recently got a letter from them stating I should call in order to review my policy to see if I needed any changes. The first thought that came to mind was they want me to call so they can pitch me all sorts of services and upgrades that will not benefit me at all. This could not have been further from my actual experience.

The gentleman I spoke with, Scott I believe, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything to me in detail. I had many questions and at no point in time did I feel like I was wasting his time or bothering him.

Based on my experience I am honestly not even worried if I could save a few bucks switching to someone else, this place knows how to maintain a customer.
