Delicious milkshakes, long line sometimes but toatally worth it for killer food and milkshakes.

Can I give a negative -1000 stars. I waited for 2 hours because the first time they didn't take my order because I went to the window because no one took our order. Once I drove away yall wana take my order BS then yall close at 4:30 while are your light off before 3:55 and hour workers are leaving. I get you are tired and I get you have her a long day but so have many students that are waiting for food. I find that really disrespectful and dismissive to customers that were going to pay.

You get a lot of food and it's cheap. That's what Cookout is. Don't expect anything more and you'll walk out satisfied. Also, do NOT come here late at night unless you want to wait for 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Staff has been nothing but helpful and they have never messed up my order in the tens of times I've been here during my time at Tech.

I ordered a burger tray and this is what I got after I went in and told them they got my order wrong he was trying to charge me for their mistake.. said that I ordered a jr hamburger like really??? He argued with me and then finally gave me my money back and I gave him the food back!!! Will NEVER go there again DONT RECOMMEND

So I came to this cookout tonight at 2:50am and according to the sign on the door and drive-thru they don't close til 3:30. All the lights were on but when we pulled up to the drive-thru sign no one would answer us so we pulled up to the drive-thru window a employee was sitting in the window and she looked straight at us smirked and then a minute later after never having answered the window she proceeded to take the stand of cups and put them in the window in front of us. I have never experienced such rude behavior in my life and will be contacting corporate about what happened! This cookout is horrible and the fact that they will just close whenever they fill like it is incomprehensible.

I will never eat here again!! got my money back!!! gave me a half of a patty on hamburger!!

So much food!
Prices were reasonable and my teenaged son was actually able to fill up on a single meal instead of having to order 2. If you're a fan of onion rings, do a double order because a single order contains about 4.
Make sure to get a shake!

I ordered a big double burger and they gave me this BS (didn't even ask what I wanted on it). Aside from taking 55 minutes in line.

Idk how this place cannot get 5 stars. Was the ribeye medium instead of medium rare? Joking aside, get a jr tray with a burger, Cajun fries, and a chicken wrap. Their other sides are a little small for my gluttonous appetite(looking at you cheese curds, onion rings, hush puppies, quesadilla). Anyway, the service is fast and friendly. You can even get a slice of cheesecake(don't forget to get a milkshake topping on it like caramel or chocolate syrup). The burgers are great for fast food burgers. This is hands down the best fast food place in Blacksburg. Sorry Taco Bell, maybe if you didn't break my heart and remove every item we love you'd be higher in the rankings!

I mean if I could give this place no stars at all, I definitely would. They have the absolute WORST customer service and management I have encountered as far as fast food goes. Better off taking a trip to Radford Cookout even if you live in the Blacksburg area, it'd be worth not having to deal with this place or these people if you don't have to.
