Roy himself is one of those teddy bear kind of guys, bearded, kind, trusting, you want him as your brother. And he is big and strong enough to to get to any muscle that needs kneading.
I had a frozen shoulder that was causing me a lot of pain, as well as restricted motion. Had a prescription from my orthopedist for PT. Someone in LA worked on it for 12 sessions without making any progress. Roy, using a new method I had never seen before, much less heard of, resolved the problem in less than 60 minutes. And the problem has not come back.

Convergence Massage/Roy Nolan is a secret worth discovering. I cannot believe he's only gotten one review on Yelp. I personally feel remiss in not reviewing him sooner, as he's done so much for me. When I first went to him for a consult in 2004, I had been in a major horse accident and had been in a wheelchair for 6 months, with a lot of rehab in front of me to walk again normally. Roy got me there and beyond. So many of his patients are doctors; he's very gifted, and unfortunately, a one man operation. I know that his dream is to have a larger practice and I wish this happens for him.

Roy Nolan has got the credentials, mastery, and believes in what he has learned through John Barnes and others, continues to better his skills and totally understates himself. Roy is passionate about his work and knowledge, for the pure sake of how he helps people. There is no ego involved, yet there could be. I have referred several people to him that are so glad that I did. Roy Nolan is one in a billion and if you are smart and lucky enough to become his patient, you will know that what I say is true.
