What a pleasure working with these guys.
Came in on Friday afternoon for an estimate and was told Tuesday was the earliest they could do it. I explained I was heading out of state Monday at noon. They made a call and rearranged their schedules if I promise to be there first thing Monday morning. I arrived early and they got on it and was done in great time. Sam is the man! The pricing was good and the workmanship great ! Highly recommend them.

They saved me literally! I inadvertently locked my keys in the trunk for my keyless car, and when I went to enter it, the doors were not unlocking. I was stuck and luckily was parked close to the shop and went over there. They were great they sent Alvin who was able to get my car open and my trunk unlocked while keeping me on time for child school pick up in a couple towns over.

Never, would I ever have thought I would do such a silly thing, but I guess there's a first time for everything!

I work at an old building that has " panic bar" door locks. You know the ones where you push the bar on the door to open. One end of one of the bars became displaced today a Friday. The business owner called a locksmith " Oh yes , I can order that part. I can have it by Monday. You'll need a whole new piece. Good luck finding that small part . The new assembly will be just $800!
What ? so we went in search of the part. a pin that holds the bar in place.
Then I remembered Concord Locksmith and called them. They came out and fixed it in minutes! The door is locked business secure, handle fixed.

Took my lock assembly to them for my corvette to switch out the tumbler and get me a new key. They did the job under for what the quoted me and had it done in a day. Great customer service and nice people to work with. Will use them for all of my re-keying needs :)

We got locked out of our safe and no longer had a key to open it. We called Concord Locksmith and promptly received help with an estimate and booking our appointment. The gentleman answering the phone was very friendly and easy to chat with on the phone. Sam, their locksmith, arrived on time and was able to open the safe. We were warned that the safe may not work anymore afterwards, but Sam managed to get it opened and fabricate another key!! Amazing job that went above and beyond, and still at an affordable rate. Highly recommend Concord Locksmith!

Great job rekeying my 3 padlocks. They were able to do it the same day in 45 minutes. Yeah

I chose Concord Locksmith because I had had keys made in the past and liked how professional and courteous they were.
My front door lockset was sticking and almost unusable. Logan came out and worked his magic and I don't think it has worked this smoothly since I moved in several years ago. It's like a brand new lockset.
I was advised of the pricing when I made the appointment and it was accurate and reasonable.
I called on a Monday and it was fixed on Wednesday morning.
Logan was pleasant and knowledgeable about door/lock issues and options.
