Comrade always delivers excellent service both for bikes and for customers. I went in because I couldn't get my seat to raise and Tess diagnosed the problem immediately and I was fixed up in under 15 minutes. It only cost a small fee that I was happy to pay. Thanks again, Tess and the whole Comrade Cycles team!

I needed a flat replaced and my brakes checked. I wheeled my bike in and was immediately helped by Steve who was kind and honest in his assessment. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need and he explained what he was doing as he did it. He was able to do the repairs as I was standing there waiting which was a bonus. He did note that it's not always like that and sometimes you have to leave your bike for a few days when they're busy.

Their prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be taking my bike back there in the future for any necessary services!

So after my local bike shop in the suburbs gave me a tuneup and a new chain - my bike still was having issues catching on at the highest gear. It would lock or skip when pedaling. Absolutely frustrating to say the least. I went online i decided to look for another shop that focuses on repairs and came across comrades. Within 30 seconds he diagnosed the issue. Ends up that when you change the chain you should replace the gears. My local shop in the suburbs looks like they only cleaned the gear. So 37.00 later (25 for the part, 12 for labor) bike was fixed and im back to riding 10 minutes later. I drove an hour from bartlett to come here and will never trust anyone else with my bike. I was so happy considering my local guy wanted to charge 200 extra- and this was 37- cant be beat. I gave them and extra 13 to round up to 50 and said thank you.

Knowledgeable staff replaced a tire and inner tube for a decent price . Even though it was busy on a Friday afternoon they had a full staff to service the crowd. The replacement of my tire and tube took roughly about 15 minutes .

Stopped in here for a few accessories for my bike. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and took the time to check the compatibility of accessories for my gravel bike. Turned out the one item I was specifically looking for wasn't compatible and he recommended that I not purchase this specific accessory because it could cause damage to the frame. I appreciated his honesty and effort.

Best bike shop in town. Have run through a few shops in my years of cycling. Quality suggestions on bike repair. Unlike many shops that suggest too much repair or new parts vs maintenance. Quick turn time on repairs even when ordering parts.

Hi! I work at Cleo's across the street. I needed some simple fixes I probably could have done myself but I was just plain tired and needed someone else to take the reigns.
Blown tire tube, handle bars, new seat replaced.
I called the day of and they accepted my bike that night. Super friendly on the phone and I informed the gentleman of my issues when I arrived and he was completely compassionate and understanding. I felt everything was in good hands. He said it would be ready the next day!
I was like OK!
I went to pick up my bike the next day and a very nice young lady greeted me.
She brought out my bike and it looked great!
I could tell they did a little TLC.
I mentioned I would like to look at some new seat options and she brought out a couple with knowledge to boot.
She offered to install it for me and I said OK!
After I paid I took it for a quick spin before work and she purred like a silent wind rider.
TWAS goooood!
Overall great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff with sprinkles of wisdom and grace!

Y'all tend to ROCK

This place has the nicest, most down to earth people. I have been a handful of times and been impressed with the customer service and down-to-earth vibe. Awhile back, I was struggling to change out one of my pedals and Max walked me through it. I also have a bit of a track record of knocking off the end of my presta valve off and he showed me a better way to pump up my tires without doing that. Highly recommend this place for all things bicycle.
