I have never walked into a shoe store and had such wonderful service. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient --- anything to get you a comfy shoe that fits your needs.

This is a fabulous store!

Good selection of OSHA non slip work shoes. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Larger selection of comfort shoes more so than similar specialty shoe stores in the area.

After driving past this place for decades, I decided to check it out. Shoe shopping for my feet is not fun at all. Well that all changed when I walked in the door. Teresa was more than helpful. She took the time to figure out what shoes were best for my wonky feet. I left there with the most comfortable, best fitting pair of sandals I've ever owned. Comfy Soles is now my favorite place to purchase well made shoes. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

After dealing with several other area shoe stores within the past 3 years my wife and I decided to give Comfy Soles a try.
First, let me say that I usually have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit, being a 4 to 5 E in width , yep, EEEE through EEEEE.
For this search we were looking for lightweight hiking boots. Even LLBean doesn't carry my size! We were greeted by the owner, Denise, who measured my feet. She made several suggestions for both make of boot and style. I checked out the sample boots for tread, weight, height, etc. Of course, my size would have to be ordered. Based on my previous experiences with other shoe stores, I actually expected a wait time of 3 to 4 weeks, especially since it was two days before Thanksgiving that we were ordering the boots. The following Monday we received a call that the boots had arrived!
I tried them on, walked around for quite a bit and was very surprised how well they fit and were also lightweight.
The owner obviously knew her products and knew how to accurately measure a foot, apparently something very few shoe sellers can do.
My wife, who has a "normal" foot size, was also very pleased with her boots which were also recommended by the owner.
We are very pleased with Comfy Soles and will be repeat customers.

THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They force you to prepay for shoes that they do not have in stock. If you happen to convince them not to do that then they order at their convenience. When it took 3 weeks to get my shoes, I never got notified of the delay, and when I understand there were weather delays, when I complained about their lack of customer service they literally told me to leave and not to come back, really!!!!! Extremely condescending as well and they will throw in your face that they are a specialty store, and their high prices are proof. I will do as they requested and NEVER COME BACK. Good luck staying in business with that attitude.....

great shop to find high quality, doctor recommended shoe inserts - was quickly greeted and within minutes I was walking around the store testing a few different type of inserts. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After deciding, I completed my purchase and was thanked by the staff. Highly recommend paying a visit if looking for knowledgeable and friendly service - will definitely visit again!

When this place first opened, they were great. Great service, great sales associates, and if they didn't have what I wanted they could order it for me quickly and at no extra charge. Fast forward a few years and this place has gone way, WAY downhill. The service is terrible... I've been in twice over the past 6 months to look for shoes and the first time, I was told to check back in a couple months. So I did this and the second time I went back in the sales associate who "helped" me was unbelievably rude and acted like I was asking the world of her to order me the shoes I wanted (because they STILL didn't have them in stock). Oh and the best part, if the shoe I wanted didn't fit exactly right or if I wanted to return it, I would be stuck with the bill. When your spending $200+ on shoes you would think you might be able to return them at no charge if there was an issue. Especially when most retail websites allow you to return shoes for free. This past time i went in, none of the great sales associates I've had help me before work there anymore. The products they are carrying seem to be getting cheaper and cheaper. And I've noticed that half of the shoes they carry can be easily found in any department store or shoe store at a mall for cheaper. They no longer carry a good selection of the higher end comfort brands like they used to. All in all, this place used to be great, but it would seem that it has gone way down hill. I would spend my money elsewhere if I were you.

I can only echo the previous review. My wife and I were met on a Saturday morning by the owner who greeted us with a firm handshake and a smile that would light up a coal mine at midnight. We told her why we were there and she was sure she would be able to help us. I had the foot problem but my wife saw some shoes that she was interested in seeing or trying. Kathleen measured both of my feet and brought a selection of both everyday shoes and athletic shoes. I had a podiatrist's prescription for one pair of each. I tried on a number of each type and found the correct one with her help. My wife also tried on a pair of shoes that we purchased. The entire experience was the finest customer service that we have had anywhere anytime. I went back to the store a few days later with a few questions that were answered without hesitation. About a week later a took a thank you card and a thank you balloon to the owner and she was very grateful. I highly recommend this store to everyone anywhere.

Call before you drive out if you are wear a small size shoe. I found more choices and had better service at Clarks and the New Balance store. Good selection, lots of sizes... friendly service.
