The only thing that was bad about this hotel was the room we stayed in. It's dated and needs some upgraded starting with the AIR UNIT. We check in go in our room and it's hot. It's set on 60 I'm guessing from the cleaning crew. The bathroom feels like it's about 80. So couple hours I call down to the desk and they come and clean the filters and unplug to reset it. But no luck. My husband downloaded two different app to see the temperature in the room. Both said 80 and that was all night. The bathroom is the farthest away from the air unit so it never cools off. No way you're getting ready in there. Next day call front desk. They send maintenance to figure out what's wrong. We stayed gone the whole day come back to a room that was maybe around 75. I don't know if the other rooms are like this but don't stay in room 313 unless you want to be hot and get no sleep. Not worth the money to burn up.

Kandi, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear you were so uncomfortable. Last week was a tough week in our area with daily temperatures over 100 and heat indexes over 110 each day. Excessive humidity made it difficult for many cooling units to keep up. We appreciate your feedback and hope your home has much cooler temperatures for you. ~Janel R, General Manager

Wow! What an amazing stay. Very clean and the rooms are super spacious. I found this to be a great spot. Right next to a great sushi place as well! They don't have much to do in this area but we attended this area for my brothers bootcamp graduation. I loved how quiet the rooms are. Not nearly as loud as being next to a freeway. They put our room right next to the business center, gym and pool area.
My mom visited the spa quite a few times. I didn't really hear any complaints. I spent most of my time in their little fitness center. It was perfect. All the equipment was clean and the gym all around was well maintained. In fact, the whole hotel was well maintained!
They had a great little buffet breakfast in the morning. Fresh bananas, coffee, muffins and bagels. It was delicious. They also had fresh eggs. Overall great stay. If I'm ever in the area again it will be the first place I go!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ashantii R.Brooklyn, NY03Mar 17, 2018
Overall had the room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly.
I have a fear of centipedes and before bed, i saw a centipede crawling up the wall. I checked out before i even found another hotel to stay in.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Amanda B.Florissant, MO1024722Dec 6, 2019
Wow. I am ultra picky. This Plac hit every mark for my stay. It was extremely clean, well stocked (4 coffee pods vs 2 for instance), the staff were professional. I'm retiring in a year but if I need to visit Fort Leonard Wood again, it will be here. The place looks updated, to pool looked clean, loved the decorations, just a classy place to stay. Chris was a gentlemen who assisted me with a couple requests (joining the club). The young lady the evening before addressed me in line while giving an older lady assistance. That great! TV was a good size, the room was a good size. I'll be back if needed!

Stayed for 2 nights to visit someone at Fort Leonard Wood. Very close to base. The room was small but had everything we needed for 2 adults. King bed, tv, desk, coffee maker, couch and good sized bathroom.
Room was very clean from the bed linens to the bathroom. It was a bit dated, nothing fancy at this hotel just nice and clean.
Indoor pool open 24/7 is a plus. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was very good. We will stay here again for our next visit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michelle S.Saint Peters, MO5041Apr 16, 2018
Had an excellent stay this weekend. Dylan, the night clerk, was extremely helpful and nice! The indoor pool and hottub were a great bonus in addition to a lovely breakfast each morning and the convenient location. I definitely recommend staying at the Comfort Inn if you're staying in the area!

Very Comfortable, friendly and clean!! This is a Comfort Inn and it's $83 so don't expect the Taj Mahal but this is a very well run Inn. The decor is sort of "Aspen Lodge" and they had warm chocolate chip cookies the night I checked in.
FREE Breakfast includes waffles (the standard at Comfort) plus either bacon or sausage, eggs (yes powdered), fresh fruit, yogurt, selection of breads, yogurt, coffee, juice and milk. Breakfast area and lobby are very clean and modern. Computer in lobby with printer for guest use and free WiFi throughout and free coffee all day!!
Room was very clean, plenty of the basics (soap, towels, etc) and housekeeper left a nice note with Tootsie rolls.
Small fitness room, pool and hot tub are open 24/7.
Will stay here again!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Visiting our son graduating boot camp from Atlanta. Is by far the best Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. Beautiful, clean and great staff. Indoor pool and hot tub. Just a fantastic property and experience.

On 2/19/2015 we stayed at this hotel. First thing l noticed was the strong odor of raw sewage. Guy running the front desk didn't seem to care. It has been very cold the past few days and after a long day of standing around the military base we were hoping to have a few drinks and maybe get a movie in our room.
Nope... television went out completely around 6 pm. And as of now, 18 hours later it is still not working. I stay in hotels all the time for work. I've never seen a television service just quit working. Inexcusable in my opinion. There is literally nothing to do in this town and very cold. The room smells like ass, and the tv doesn't work.
Additionally, as a previous reviewer posted a few minutes ago, the staff simply does not care. Pretty lousy experience in my book.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Leigh C, thank you for sharing your opinion with us; we appreciate feedback on how we are doing. I apologize for any odor you experienced while you were with us. As for our television service, as we explained to our guests, DirecTV was experiencing nationwide trouble with a programming upgrade and I am sincerely sorry that this happened to be during your visit with us. It was very frustrating for us as well to not be able to fix a concern of our guests. Our team Fortunately many spent the time visiting with their new soldiers, but I can see how this would be frustrating for others. I am sorry you felt our team was uncaring, I assure you this is not the case and we take every comment and suggestion seriously. Thank you for your feedback and for your visit with us.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for our son's graduation from MP OSUT at Ft Leonard Wood. I'm really glad I chose Comfort Inn after hearing from other parents that stayed in other hotels near base. The hotel is so conveniently located! Tons of restaurants in walking distance! We loved having that option! The parking is great, staff were wonderful, there was coffee, tea, cocoa, & oatmeal available 24 hrs, the pool & jacuzzi looked great, our room was clean, spacious enough for 2, and free breakfast was a plus! It's about 3-5 miles from base, which was awesome! Thank you for everything! We had a great time!
