Don't even bother calling directly to this hotel to ask any questions because the front desk representative I spoke to was very short and rude (male who had a foreign accent).

Called the 800 number last night to make sure they had a room. We were quoted $88. Since we were about to pull into the hotel, I thanked the gentleman thinking it would be more efficient to just go straight in and get us a room. We pulled on in, my husband went In and got us a room. Unfortunately my husband didn't notice the rate and we were charged $120+. When I inquired this morning, the lady at the front desk was like well when you book through them, it is a different rate all while smiling at me. No offer to even up or nothing. just a pretty smile "you got screwed and i got your money". Well Baymont has lost this Gold Wyndham Awards member!
