I flew into Virginia and my lower back went out. I had extreme pain and difficulty walking. I googled chiropractors near me, found Dr Welch and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Dr Welch and her staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of her care. I was able to stand up straight and walk out of her office after being adjusted. I saw her 2 days later for another adjustment to make sure I was good to go before my flight home.

If you suffer from migraines, this is the place to go! I first started seeing Dr Welch for chiropractic adjustments almost 2 years ago, during an intractable migraine that had lasted weeks and which landed me in the ER and unable to work consistently through the day, or sometimes not at all. With my first adjustment, I felt immediate relief in my neck and jaw, and was actually able to sleep that night. I started off with more frequent adjustments that definitely helped me get back to normal after that migraine wreaked havoc on not just my head, but whole body and overall health. Since then, I've found that every 2 weeks is my 'sweet spot' to help keep the migraines at bay. I 100% recommend Dr. Welch! I only wish I had made that first appointment sooner!

Dr. Welch is amazing. She can totally fix my migraines, even after they've started. Medicine can help dull the pain, but Dr. Welch has the only method I've found that can actually cure the migraine - she recently stopped one that had been going on for several days. Highly recommended if you suffer from migraines.

I have been using Dr. Carrie Welch's for about 12 yrs. now. She has been wonderful and patient with me. She has seen me go thru some really hard times and she sympathetic with me & helped me with any physical pain I had been feeling.

I had hesitated at first to try her magic on me since I have a fully fused spine. There are two things she has made a big change in. One to pier up some of my ribs so I can breathe better & deeper. The second thing I go to her most often is to realign my neck. Her gentle hand make me comfortable and her manipulation of my cervical spine area really helps me have more range of motion in my neck.

Her staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Welch's practice offers lots of options for everyone. The aesthetics of the office is warm & welcoming, which is so much better that the usual atmosphere of a Dr's office.
It truly is a spa atmosphere and the work Dr. Welch does is just magical!

I've been going to here for about 2 plus years and I love it. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. They always remember your name and tend to your every need. Dr. Welch is extremely good at what she does and is very attentive and puts you at ease. She has knocked out all the pain in my back and is extremely friendly.
I've also had a deep, therapeutic massage here by Wynona and honestly she is a miracle worker. I had tightness along my IT band in both legs in just two visits she has reduced the tightness and discomfort immensely. Now this massage isn't exactly the typical candles and Enya massage but it is amazing.
I cannot speak any more highly of Comfort Works. Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed.

A few years ago I had some back issues and went to Dr Welch a few times and pretty quickly felt 100%. Then I moved further away and when those same back problems came back, I went to some chiropractors closer to home. By no means were they bad but it was more of a let's get get you on here and crack your back type thing. Those fixes helped but were temporary.
Fast forward a few years and I went back to Dr Welch and woah... there is a huge difference in the quality of service you will get. I guess I didn't realize what I had the first time around. Needless to say, going forward, this is the only chiropractor I would go to.

I had seen the same chiropractor for over 10 years and was so hesitant to find someone new, but after multiple referrals to Dr. Welch, I made the leap...and I am so glad I did! I went in for a routine adjustment, but when it came up that I was a chronic migraine sufferer, Dr. Welch excitedly told me she treats migraines!

The difference has been amazing. I rarely have to turn to my migraine medications, but if I do, the migraine ceases almost instantly. This is the most relief I have had from them since I was about 12 years old.

The staff is incredible, the office is beautiful. I just wish I had made the switch sooner!

I am a new patient of Dr. Welch and can honestly say I am thoroughly impressed with this practice. I have seen many chiropractors over the years so I was pretty familiar with what I liked and didn't like and this office seems to be an exact fit for me.

First off, the office staff is amazing. They know exactly what is going on as far as scheduling, any pre-treatment and even the complexities with insurance. It is very easy to schedule an appointment and I love the text reminders 24 hours in advance.

The magic truly happens when you see Dr. Welch. She takes the time to understand what ails you at that time so she can provide the best customized treatment and care. Other offices I have been to everyone received the same treatment like it was an assembly line but we all don't have the same problems. I've yet to experience a D.C. perform so many different techniques on me as Dr. Welch, but I always leave her office feeling fabulous!

This place is the best and Dr. Welch is fantastic. After having a nasty fall that left me in great back and hip pain I decided to seek a chiropractor. Dr. Welch was recommended by a friend. I had never been to a chiropractor so I was apprehensive. After the first session I could not believe how well I felt. Dr. Welch is a great chiropractor and a very friendly person that puts you at ease. I haven't felt this pain free in years.
