We recently used Combs to repair a dented rear door on our Explorer. Our repair was scheduled but ended up taking 3 full weeks to complete what should have been a relatively normal repair. Not once did they ever call us to give us an update; rather, my husband would call to check on the status and the person we spoke with usually had no clue as to when things would get done.
After finally getting our car back, we discovered they had gone through our center console and removed all of our change! So on top of taking forever, they stole from us!

My car has been in the shop for over a month and I've been told new information Daily that doesn't align with anything they've said previously. They have very poor communication and it sounds like no one ever knows what's happening over there. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and do not go here. I still do not have my car and it has taken weeks of me hounding them every few days to try to get updates. HUGE thumbs down.

Great experience with Combs in Westerville. They repaired my Toyota highlander after I hit a deer. The entire experience was easy and stress-free! Excellent work on my Ford, the bumper was smashed when I was rear ended. Work and communication was exceptional! Today I had a small repair (window trim was missing due to wind...flew off on highway!) on my Explorer and Paul fixed it while I waited!

The vehicle was given to me before the work was completed. The final work took excessive amount of time. The staff didn't communicate well. The paint quality was poor. Dirt and fisheyes in the paint.

When faced between hitting a deer or hitting a guard rail, I hit the guard rail. My insurance sent me to Combs Collision in Westerville. My car looks fantastic. After I picked it up, I was having issues with the mechanicals. I called the next business day and they had me bring my car in immediately. They discovered that there was a short in the wire to the trunk that was causing issues on the passenger side. It most likely happened when they had removed all of the panels. The point is that they fixed it immediately, and made restitution for a small scrape they put into my leather backseat. I was extremely happy with Paul's customer service and with Sue who handles all the calls, scheduling and insurance.

On a rainy Monday, stopped for an exit ramp slow-down on I-71S, my car got rear-ended. I am indebted to Ford for saving my life, and Combs for bringing my car back to life. It was restored beautifully and was ready a day earlier than promised. 5 stars.

Bad experience. I called in to see if they could do some work on my car, I needed my headlight fixture replaced in my Mercedes.
The receptionist told me to stop by and we can look at it and give you a quote.
I stopped by and Pat looked at my car. He told me no problem we can get this done for you. He said let me call around and see if I can find some cheaper parts and I will get back to you with a quote. Three days went by and I called back since I hadn't heard from Pat. I left my first message with the receptionist, she said Pat would call you back when he gets in. I waited another 24 hours and called back. I was told the same thing, Pat will call you back. Never heard back from Pat.
At this point it was getting clear they didn't want to help me out for whatever reason. Not sure what happened and why he changed his mind. I will never recommend this place. I was involved in a relatively mild accident and took my truck to Combs as they were recommended. The initial estimate they did was approved by insurance, after starting they found more damage and ended up having my vehicle almost a month longer than they estimated. Upon getting my truck back I immediately noticed multiple minor issues and went back to have them corrected, they tried to give me a tiny loaner car instead of an actual rental and had the vehicle twice as long as originally planned this time as well!! Even still it is not right and I have taken it back several times and called them to not have my calls returned and issues addressed. I will never go there again and certainly never recommend them to anyone
