Loved the employees super helpful. And the manger are willing too help customers, they pass out bags.

1 star for bad customer service. Refused to refund my online return without my physical card because it was "$90 the bank will refuse it, if it was $20 I could" wasted my time driving there. Prices are better online anyway.

I'll start by saying Columbia has so many fantastic and appealing clothing options to choose from. That also have some really great deals! However the check-out counter takes so long and they don't have enough people working it. They also ask for your email before you purchase something, slowing down the process even more. I mean they don't ask if you are a "special member" or anything they literally ask for your email first. I spent more time at the counter waiting to pay than I did looking around in the store. In conclusion, nice and large options of clothes, solid deals, but horrible check-out time

I like to check out the Columbia Outlet store whenever I'm in San Francisco Premium Outlets. The store is always nice and clean. A lot of merchandise is on sale. I can almost always found done good deals in the store.

The store is never too crowded. I do enjoy shopping at this store with the friendly employees working there.

Good prices but the service is not great. Not all but a lot of the employees appear to be just there. But not very engaging or helpful.

Staff was amazing. Helped me find everything I needed for Africa trip. Very knowledgeable and great prices. Eli helped me pick appropriate sizes and explained merchandise well. He was awesome. I will come here first for my future adventure needs

Came here to return an item I purchased at another Columbia store (out of state). Britney, the employee, tried to issue me my refund but the register would not open to give me my cash. Britney called over another employee who was a bit dismissive and curt and told her to call the 800 number.

After speaking with corporate (and me waiting a bit), it still was not working. Eventually, the "curt" co-worker came back and helped Britney figure out the issue. Throughout the entire process, Britney was reassuring and apologizing profusely for the wait. Having worked in customer service, I know how difficult it can be when customers are impatient and give you a hard time. This small gesture, to me, meant a lot. Even though she was faced with a problem she probably hadn't encountered much, she still provided wonderful customer service. I hope this gets to her supervisor so that she is properly acknowledged for her great work. Her co-workers could learn a thing or two from her!

We are fans of Columbia Sportswear Company. This branch at the San Francisco Premium Outlet mall in Livermore, CA is no exception.

It is one of the larger stores that we have patronized. More inventory choices makes for greater selection. Store was well organized and clean. Staff was helpful and answered our questions. We scored some terrific deals at their Clearance sections!
