good service, however fingerprinting tech did not return my ID. I had to drive beck to pick it up. when I went to pick it up person there had no clue where my ID was. they need to work on their communication as a team.

This place was super rude and unhelpful. I came in with a specific form I needed filled out, but they put me in for something completely different. I guess they have no idea what they're doing. Then, when I called back, they were rude on the phone and told me they couldn't help. Then the girl hung up on me. The appointment was also 20 minutes late. Don't waste your time with this place.

My experience with this company was unfortunately not that of other reviewers on yelp. Sadly my local police station no longer processes fingerprints which I'm used to as a frequent traveling nurse.
The woman who obtained my prints seemed rushed and completely annoyed by assisting me. Originally, another person called my name and was about to take me back for processing when she suddenly had to hand me off to this lady- there was some weird back and forth and discussion about who would take what person for printing and actually both ladies seemed uninterested in actually working- all this went down in front of me. Not a great start.
Upon fingerprinting, my processor had difficulty getting adequate prints due to her ridiculously LONG nails! I seriously felt like I was getting man-handled the whole time and the process took way longer than it should have. She was also clearly annoyed. To add insult to this experience, my fingerprint card was sent back 2 weeks later because the processor entered my birthdate incorrectly! This didn't come as a complete shock because how do you type correctly with crazy long nails?! So unprofessional for something so important.
I immediately sent back the fingerprint card but due to the holiday season (mid December), Identogo still has not processed my background check and I've had to push back my start-date for new nursing job, incredibly frustrating!
Needless to say, I really miss my local police station guys that were professional, courteous, and efficient when getting fingerprinted. Great service . I had occasion to go here for a work requirement and the service was quick and easy . the ladies at this place take an intimidating process and easily guide you through it with a smile and c lear instructions . I would say that I would like to go back but I cant ... Ha , so I must recommend it only if necessary for work , Right .

I walked in on a recent Saturday without and appointment. I was out in about 10 minutes with fingerprint cards and passport photos. These guys are fast, efficient, and friendly and if you order more than one fingerprint card, they keep your prints on file permanently if you ever need another set If only every business operated like this. Look no further if you need fingerprints.

I've now had fingerprints done here for work twice. Easily made an appointment online each time. Quick check in on arrival, and both times I was taken back for my appointment within 3 minutes. In and out of the office within 5 minutes. Could not be more pleased with the efficiency of this service and the friendliness of the employees here.

I came here for passport photos for my toddler. I really wanted a place that was going to be better than Walgreens or something since my kid is a wiggly toddler, so I drove here from Aurora to get this done.
The girls working were super nice, and the facility seemed nice. I was required to login on an ipad which was weird, but they are a fingerprinting place primarily.
Anyways, the gals took her photo using a webcam, so it wasn't very clear to begin with. Also, the light they use is very harsh, so the shadows were pretty bad. They printed out the photos and gave them to me. I told them that I didn't think the passport agency would accept the photos. The rules are - look directly into the camera, no shadows behind you or on your face, and there needs to be a certain amount of space above your head.
They retook the photos (my daughter was behaving well and trying to stare into the insane light lol, but their webcam just wasn't that good), and this time the photo was better...but still not acceptable. I had them fix the spacing around her photo, but my daughter wasn't even looking at the camera. Her eyes were just these black blobs. The ladies told me that this was fine. They've taken tons of passport photos, and they've never had an issue. Against my gut feeling, I accept the new photos.
Well - several weeks later my daughter's passport was rejected. Now I had to pay for expediting with a proper photo to make our trip in time. I ended up downloading an app and taking the photo myself. It cost me less than a dollar to print. Might as well have lit my money on fire at this place. I thought this business was convenient and professional. I made an appt online and was seen immediately. I was very upset the day prior having been turned away from Lakewood Police (not the police dept) because their list was "too long" and could not accommodate any more people. I recommend using this place for any nurse that needs their prints ASAP as some places only offer specific days of the week with specific times, making this a difficult process. And being able to book an appt online makes it even better!
