Showed up 20 minutes late to a pickup for the airport that was scheduled five days previous. And this was after we called to remind them we had scheduled the pickup (which they seemed to have completely forgotten about). We had a return trip scheduled with them that same evening, and even after being reminded about it, they *still* forgot about it when we arrived back in Philly. How can a company located so close to the airport be so mind-bogglingly incompetent at getting people there even when they have ample notice of needing a ride?

After seeing reviews of the $20 minimum, I took out $30 for a fairly short cab ride thinking it would be plenty. I have taken lots of cabs everywhere else in the country and this would usually MORE than cover a trip under 5 mile (with tip).

When I told him my address, the cab driver cited "road construction" and took a roundabout route to my destination, managing to somehow rack up a $31 fare on a 5 mile trip! I was able to scrounge the change from the bottom of my purse to make up the difference in the fare, but did not have so much as a dime left to tip him. I was going to a job interview so I also didn't want to make a scene, or tell him to pull over or I'd be late.

I live in the area and checked online after my interview- No surpise, there was no construction on the roads he avoided! So rather than give them any more business, I walked to a nearby diner to grab a coffee and called my fiance for a ride home instead. Terrible. They speak of their competitors above, (which I wasn't aware existed), so I'd love to have their phone numbers! Extremely overpriced with sketchy business practices.

I called 24 hours in advance to schedule a taxi to take me to the airport. Well 10 minutes before they were to pick me up, the dispatcher called to say they would be there in 15 min. No big deal since I passed my time. Well they did not arrive until 45 min AFTER the original scheduled time and showed up in a small bus. The driver then had to call in my credit card information which took 10 minutes.
I almost missed my flight because this company overbooked.
Will never use them again and do not recommend.

We used this cab over the weekend and they require a $20 minimum purchase to pay with a credit card. This is a ridiculously high amount, the legal minimum is $10. They are in complete violation of federal law. We did not have enough cash to cover the cost of our $8 fare, so we had to go to a 711 to take out cash. to our surprise the driver kept the meter running. Horrible business practice. Called management to complain and its apparently is a company wide policy, ridiculous! Next time I will just use Uber.

A terrible company. Rates are near double what they should be. When I called to speak to the manager he got belligerent and hung up on me. Then after confronting him he compared his prices to taxis in Europe and told me to call my congressman.

this company has a very long history of just not caring i used their service many years ago was a regular customer 2 a week gave correct tip each time and they still could care less about my business and i can see nothing has changed. if your looking for a good servoce not here
