Myra was wonderful, I was calling to check on the allergy new times because I wasn't sure they had changed over yet. She was super professional and got me the info I needed.

It's really too bad. This place WAS amazing, caring, attentive,compassionate when Dr. Williams and Dr. Feltham were there. When they retired it went downhill in a hurry and I'll never recommend them again.

I tried to get an appointment several times and I just got a call two days later saying that they couldn't get me in because the doctor isn't taking new patients and I'm really confused because I've been going here for 10 years... I have no idea where they hired their office staff, but they are completely terrible and the entire building needs a remodel. It's disgustingly filthy... Resort going to urgent care than ever this place again. I've never had a good experience with checking in or checking out... Everyone is completely rude.

My ONLY caveat to this review is that Dr. Talbert is BEYOND AMAZING & he is THEEEE BEST doctor for my WONDERFUL husband!

I have asked the front to address these issues but nothing has been done.. so here is my honest review with photos.

Why is this office not clean? Why is this an ongoing issue? Why can't patients come and expect cleanliness? Why isn't it maintained?

The physicians are good. The billing is horrendous. The billing people are pleasant, but the system is flawed. Costs me a couple of hours per month in managing billing for four family members. Lots of opportunity to double pay because of the way things are presented in the online portal.

I found out I was pregnant in December and wasn't expecting it... at all. I was an established patient at CPFC however my doctor didn't do OB. The scheduling team got me an appointment with their newest family doctor who is also an OB Dr. Maranda Nguyen. What a gift from God she is! She put me at ease about everything.
My pregnancy has been a high risk one and she has walked every step with me. Not only her but her RN Mandy and MA Olga are the kindest, funniest and loving team I've ever met. Every time I go in (which is often) I always leave feeling better than when I arrived and have a few laughs along the way.
I cannot stress enough how amazing this team is. I can't wait to deliver my little girl and have her grown up with them as her team!

After 20+ years with them, I'm done....

The billing is ridiculous in every way.

You go in for a yearly "Free" physical and come out with a mountain of charges you never signed up for....

I've had doctors cut me off mid-sentence and end the visit.

I've had Doctors mock me for the amount of pain I'm in (during a procedure).

I'm just now waking up to how awful they have been, especially the last 10-12 years.

I had one major, on-going issue that I wanted SOME kind of guidance with, and in 10+ years they still haven't given me ANYTHING.

The administrative staff is MASSIVE, and yet it's a headache whenever you have to interact with any of them.

Why is zero stars not an option?
This office is a joke. Four business days since the doctor says a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy; after calling the pharmacy I was told the doctor's office rejected the refill request - saying the patient needs to "call the doctor's office to request a refill." Tried that. Several times, today included. I guess blood pressure medicine isn't important. If you value your health, go elsewhere.

What i'm most concerned about is the Holy Bible in the allergist exam room and the christian rock playing on the background. Are they trying to convert me while i'm seeking health care. I'm a federal employee with Blue cross is this legal!

I've used College Park for more than 15 years and although my doctor is awesome, try getting an appointment. I spent three days calling in and waiting anywhere from 15 to 30 mins. before I finally gave up. Once I got through there weren't any appointments available for weeks. I may have to find a new doctor which is frustrating, because mine is fantastic, but if you can't get in, what's the point.
