This place is one that I've seen out the window of a Lyft on my way to work, so on a weekday holiday we had to go find out.

What a great spot! This was the best omelet I've had in recent memory, great smoothie, the free coffee was strong and good, comfortable seating, open windows, *amazingly* nice staff - win all around!

Couches facing the open window and TV!

I love this place . The food is so good . I went with my mum . I think the owner had family over and it was really noisy but they were super nice and funny . Me and mum had the turkey burger with Swiss and bacon and sweet potato fries . It was soooo good . I enjoyed it thoroughly . The atmosphere is very chill and it was yummy . I enjoyed it .
Me and mom went here again for brunch and it was delicious !

I stumbled upon this brunch spot while staying in Bedsty. Decorated with classic Biggie Smalls portraits and a modern decor, it is a welcoming restaurant with great morning vibes.

The morning staff, a hostess and a bartender, were both very attentive to all customers, checking up on the food, if we had everything, bringing more water, the works...and they give complimentary mimosas!

Quick tip: When you order orange juice, be sure to mention if you want it with or without pulp. I am allergic to the pulp, and mistakes were made. But my hostess was quick to get me a new glass without extra charge.

My brunch was really good. I will say that I wanted more flavor to my chicken panini so the hot sauce bottle on the table came in handy. Although, I might have used more than half that bottle because I like that good spice in my life..but for a first meal of the deal, it very filling and very good!

Next time I'm feeling like walking around the stomping grounds of Biggie Smalls, I will be here!

      Now CLOSED.

RIP Colador Cafe. The food here was pretty good, though I mostly went here when I did because it was a great chill place to relax and use WiFi or even watch sports and they offered both coffee and beer.

Maybe I missed it, but I never saw their doors open again ever since the lockdowns began, and this past weekend I spotted a sign by their overhead door confirming that they've closed for good.

Came here on a Saturday night with my boyfriend. Once we got there the kitchen was closed but they said they still served wings and empenadas for their late night menu. We didn't realize that they were starting a private party but they didn't mind if we stayed. They do not have their liquor liscencs yet but are working on it. They still had beer and wine available Jax they make a strong, good sangria. The wings and empenandas were really good and reasonably priced. They had a DJ and hookah that they said was available every Saturday. We had a great time and good vibes. Will definitely come back.

Stopped in with some coworkers afterwork on a Friday night around 7. There was no wait and we were seated right away. The staff was great and the waiter was attentive. The atmosphere is great and relaxing, it definitely seems like a place you can study at or do your work for breakfast/lunch.

I had the steak sandwich with the sweet potato fries. The steak sandwich was flavorful and delicious! I was in love with every bite. The fries were crispy and delicious as well. The meal was large in portion and very filling.

Now on to the best part, the Sangria. Hands down, this is the best Sangria I have had. I had the red wine Sangria. They do not skimp out on fruits like most places do. The Sangria is not too sweet and it is potent! With just one glass I was feeling tipsy. With two, I was ready to party! LOL.

I definitely recommend visiting this cafe and trying them out. I don't know why they have so many bad reviews, maybe they just had some off nights but it definitely wasn't the case when I was there.

I liked my meal and the friendly staff. If I were rating just atmosphere I would happily give a solid five stars and truthfully if I were coming here just for the coffee and couch experience I would be more than thrilled with my time there. But to be fair, I was there for brunch and there were pros and cons. Pro: building my own omlette without it being a complicated or overthought issue. Con: When I add avocado to an omelette I didn't expect that to mean a slice of avocado placed on top of my omelette. It's not the end of the world but a part of me kinda looked at it when it came out and thought, "Really? The contents of an omlette typically go inside it." As far as taste though, smashing said avocado over the top did not make me enjoy it any less because they at least made it a hefty slice.

Moving on to more pros: a relaxed and chill vibe that let me enjoy my morning without feeling rushed. Con: waiting a long time for food to come out. Now, it did come out hot and accurate so I'm not gonna whine too much, but there is a tipping point between "chilling" and "are we waiting for Godot or our food?"and Colador walked that line a little too tightly. *This didn't happen on my second visit so I'm guessing it's maybe a time of day/how busy they are thing.*

The coffee was good and and stronger than I expected. That's always a pro for any place with cafe in the name. All in all as a coffee shop I really like Colador and would rate it four stars. As a full service cafe it's a fine place for a relaxed weekend breakfast.

Omelette with tomato, cheese&avocado. Fyi "adding avocado" = a hefty slice placed on top. Still yummy once I smashed it across though!
