I love this coffee shop! Everyone is so nice, the atmosphere is charming and nice, and their coffee is fabulous!
The owner is so nice and lovely to his customers. Definitely my new favorite coffee shop in town!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sheldon F.City Ranch, City Ranch, CA11Feb 14, 2024
I came here on what was SUPPOSED to be a romantic date. But unfortunately it was the farthest thing from that. The ambiance was completely off and like I'm ten minutes into it my date started making fun of my dead Italian father and saying hurtful things. He wouldn't stop making advances at me and NOT that I didn't like it but the vibe of the coffee shop didn't suit the mood well. I would have appreciated a little more romantic accommodation on the restaurants part. They could have brought out some candles?? Or like wine???? Horrible service. Also the coffee FUCKING SUCKED!!!!!

Excellent small, hidden coffee shop. Comfortable outdoor setting. Try the house brew!

Great coffee and great staff. Hannah is the best. Always has a smile and makes my drink as soon as I walk in.

i went to coffee connection on a tinder date about 3 or 4 years ago, and i must say; the least romantic coffee ive ever tasted. it was mediocre, underwhelming and decent at the very best. not to mention my date was barely talking... i dont know why hes so sensitive about his dead italian father? he died like 20 years ago. i put so much effort into trying to make this date go well and getting us to talk and have a good time and he was barely interested in what i had to say and i complimented his rather prominent chest hair (his shirt was buttoned almost all the way down) and he said something like "insulta ancora mio padre e ti uccido" like what ummm ok i dont speak spanish? then he wouldnt talk to me for the rest of the night. i offered him a ride home and he took the offer. it was about 45 degrees; unbearably freezing cold to the skin of the southern californian boy. i couldnt bear to see that poor baby in pain. generously, i wrapped my coat around him. i adored him in that coat, just a little too big... so cute, so safe, all bundled up and sheltered from the vicious cold. i looked into his eyes for a while and he into mine. after a long, seemingly never-ending moment of looking into those poisoned black eyes, and at his tattered, scarred, but ever so soft skin, i started the engine. i thought to myself what may have caused him so much pain. id never met someone so unapologetically perfect. grace and poise polished every division of his fragile frame. every subtle movement, every inching motion. who poisoned that perfect soul? my mind wandered endlessly to places i never thought it could go. i started thinking about giving him scars and bruises myself. i stopped. im not that kind of guy. im not a bad person. im not. i dont like the pain. i want it to end. i dont want to cause pain... but maybe he wants it.

What a cute little coffee shop! The service was great and our drinks tasted out of the ordinary and delicious. The service was very friendly here.
I'd recommend the chai tea latte with oat milk. It was so crazy and wonderful. My sister really loved her drink as well and even added a coconut flavoring to her iced coffee that made it great!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Darcey B.Canton, MI88Oct 27, 2023
What a lovely shop! Usually you have to sacrifice good coffee for a friendly atmosphere. But here at Coffee Connection, you get both good service and amazing organic coffee. The owners are fantastic and a pillar of the community. It's worth a visit, just be mindful that you will become a regular. It's a spectacular place!!!

Organic, well made coffee drinks. The best I've found so far in Ventura county actually. AND so affordable compared to all the other coffee shops in Ojai. I'm always SHOCKED that I can get a couple drinks and a bagel and pay under $15 - where as at other places like Coffee Roasting or Beacon - 2 drinks with a bagel would be more than $20. Great staff, homey feel, and excellent drinks.
