Cloth Carousel

My go-to quilt shop! I love the staff. The new Vacaville location has both yarn and quilting supplies under one roof. They carry many different styles, brands, and designers. Plenty of space to layout your sections and good lighting.

I happened upon this fantastic find going to the bank. What a gem! After recently picking up my crocheting hobby (again), I saw the yarn symbol, I had to satisfy my yearning for yarn I couldn't help myself...it was like a small field trip for me. This place caters to the crochet/knit/quilt hobbyist! I can't say enough, the spaciousness of the store, the knowledge of the staff, the inventory of the fun stuff, classes for beginners, all of it, . Love this store...I will be back! Check it out, you will not be disappointed

Although I live in Oakland, I consider Cloth Carousel my "local quilt shop" and make the hour long drive at least every month for a class, for fabric, or for the first-Saturday gatherings. The staff is helpful and knowledgable, is consistently getting new fabrics in, and is both a great shopping spot and gathering spot for quilting activities.

Passing thru the area and searched for fiber/yarn shops...this spot popped up. What a great little find! Roomy, organized and great selection. Clean bathrooms for customers as well.

This is such a beautiful addition to Vacaville. The selection is great and quality fabric. Staff was really helpful. The yarn selections are beautiful, but focus was more on knitting than crochet.
Nothing will ever replace Michele Craft at ABS Quilt shop, but glad we have a new quilt store to love!

Web site said open til 6 tonight. so drove from Fairfield to Winters. Arriving about 5:15. Employees still in the store but closed sign on door.
I knocked they answered the door saying we are closed. Can you please sell me 3 yards of wide quilt backing? NO we are closed the register is turned off.Couldn't they have taken a check and put it in the register tomorrow? Horrible customer service.

Small town service with a large selection of batik, filler fabric, sale fabrics, notions and bright prints. The employees are what make cloth carousel worth driving the extra few miles up 505 to get to Winters. I felt that my quilt project was the most important thing in happening in the store. The employees helped me audition different fabrics and were patient as I made decisions. While I was in the store, people walked in and the employees seemed to know many by first name. I have taken several classes since then and continue to frequent this store

Beautiful shop with great selection of high quality products. Supplies for knitters, quilters, and embroidery(!). Friendly staff, great old Vacaville location (in part of the BofA building). I saw so many products that I did not expect to find (except for on-line). I plan on spending a lot of time here!

Absolutely wonderful yarn and knitting shop. Vast selection, warm and friendly staff and customers, good advice. What are you waiting for?
