Maggie has a great eye for selecting items with great appeal and value. I consign, but even more, love to stop in to shop because there is always a great variety of interesting and good quality clothing. When I have needed something for a specific event, the staff have been very kind and helpful.

Maggie is amazing, and the people that work in the store are helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Some of my favorite wardrobe items are from "Closet Exchange" and I have consigned with them many times over the years. We are so lucky to have this wonderful business in Needham.

The people that work in the Closet Exchange are helpful, patient and upbeat, especially Bob and Maggie. Both of their smiles and genuine kindness make this consignment shop the best of its kind. Their awareness of style and fashion is impressive, and they each have an incredible sense of humor. Shopping there yields great finds as well as an overall positive experience.

I have been shopping at the Closet Exchange for more than 5 years. It was retail therapy after visiting my mother in the nursing home in Needham and everyone was so kind and caring. When ever I needed to go to a black tie event I could rely on them. The store is beautiful. Wonderful clothing at great prices. I rarely shop retail anymore. I visited on Black Friday, the store was full with patrons and I bought a cute black and white long sleeve top

This is the best consignment shop! They have a beautiful selection of items and they keep things fresh and clean. There is always something new to see and many good reasons to pop in frequently. Their prices are reasonable and they have terrific sales. I love the warm, friendly staff and their ability to be helpful when you need them but otherwise let you browse in peace. Very much worth the trip!

I think any consignment store requires a little help to navigate through and make a find... but the fact that I was not greeted or asked for help in my 20-25mins in the store while the 2 or was it 3 store associates helped 2 other women and even made small talk with them while I looked fervently to see if they had any LV or Prada bags but with no help offered, goes a long way to make me not want to return there. I would give them 4 stars for their selection, but at least 1 needs to be taken away for not offering any help when I needed it. Cant respect any business that chooses who to service.

I have been consigning my designer clothing, shoes, accessories here for nearly 19 years. The staff has always been more than friendly, warm, professional and service oriented. I purchased a Max Mara cashmere blazer barely worn here in addition to a Burberry bag( small) and a gorgeous leather maxi skirt from Alan Bilzerian hardly worn as well. The condition of all my purchases is excellent. I discovered my dream Balenciaga gladiator sandals here too. My daughter and I even found her the perfect accessories for completion of her Comicon superheroine costumes at The Closet Exchange.

The Closet Exchange has been in Needham almost as long as I have!! When in doubt consign with the Closet Exchange and shop there as well. You may be very pleasantly surprised by the treasures you will find.

The Closet Exchange is such a treasure! Brenda, the owner, is unbelievably sweet and her husband and daughter also work at the stores. The three shops are great, they really let you pick your price point and have a look at a bunch of things.

Brenda's eye is impeccable, and I've found a lot of high end pieces here that have attracted lots of positive praise. Definitely stop by!
