I and my cats Ryan & Sunshine have been clients of CTH since September 2023 and have had two separate trips where they have visited our babies. CTH has 4 cat homes in our neighborhood who are clients and we all love them! Ben & Brooklyn are the sitters we have had so far, but there are more.

There are so many great parts of this company that I can't pick just one.
- The sitters really love and care for the animals! We have one cat who's such a ham and wants pets forever, and another who is more shy. They take the time with the shy one, and let her warm up to them which she eventually has! And they get just as excited about it as I do :)
- You get text message updates after every visit with a play-by-play for the visit, and they include photos! It was something we asked boarding places for and they said they said "we don't do that." The pictures are especially nice.

- Scheduling is so easy. You just go online into the calendar on your account, and you can choose days, times (morning and evening, up to 2x/day), and length of visit. You can choose if you need medications administered as well.
- They are transparent and absolutely fair in their cost. I've found it to be comparable to boarding, and the benefit is they get to stay home in their own environment and aren't kept in a small enclosure for so much of their day.
- They're extremely kind, diligent, and careful, especially with our cat who's a runner when the door opens.

I'm no longer nervous or feel guilty about going out of town because we can choose longer visits for our sitters; our babies will still lots of snuggles and play time!

I have been using Close to Home for looking after my two cats for the last two years. Ben and the rest of the crew have been great, sending thorough updates with lots of pictures.

My partner and I have used CTH for about 1 year now, and we absolutely love them!  We usually request them on my long work days, about 1-2 times weekly.  Drew, Pat, and Jenn are so great with our 2 pups, and we can tell our pups adore them as well.  We always look forward to their pictures and updates throughout the day.  So thankful to have found CTH, and appreciate the great communication, flexibility, and amazing care they provide to our fur babies :)

CtH, and Ben specifically, did a great job taking care of my little one. She got her medication and her food every morning, and her litter box was immaculate when I got back home. The updates and photos were especially nice since I tend to be a worrier. I'll definitely be using Close to Home again in the future.

Our family dog is walked regularly by the team, usually Teri. Teri is so kind, warm, patient, considerate, and communicative. We're overcoming anxiety (a little from covid and a little from a traumatic neighborhood dog event) and Drew and the team have gone above and beyond to find the best long term fit, make sure we're comfortable with the walks - 100%, and have shown a level of kindness and consideration we haven't experienced with other companies. Our dog runs to the door and attempts to get out when she hears Teri's door shut and cannot wait to wiggle her tail on an adventure. Thank you to Teri and Drew!

I've been using Close to Home pet services for a couple years now. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provide! I have complete peace of mind knowing that my cat, Boots, is being well taken care of. All of his caregivers are excellent from Ben to Shannon to Lydia to Brooklyn. They all have a special way of showing Boots a lot of love and sending me entertaining reports with awesome pictures of him.

Not only are they there for my cat, they also go above and beyond sometimes sweeping the floor, taking packages to other units when they've been delivered to me by mistake, or helping when a locksmith had to drill my lock when the batteries to my key pad died and no one could get in to my condo to feed Boots. (Thank you Ben)!

Needless to say, I highly recommend this business, you won't be disappointed!

We have used Close to Home for several years and they are truly the best. They update us daily, play with our cat Mini, and make sure everything looks safe around the home. They have become a family member to us. Their employees are amazing! Thank you all for taking great care of our cat!

We have used Close to Home for our cats for nearly three years now. They are incredibly responsive, easy to schedule and quick to answer any questions we have. My favorite part is the detailed reports we get daily while we are away- along with all the pictures. It makes being away easier knowing our cats are in good hands. Special shout outs to Ben and Brooklyn who most commonly are the ones who take care of our cats.
