From the outset, ClearStone showed themselves to be sophisticated, highly competent, and well-organized professionals. My Property Manager, Estuardo (Stuart) Tong, especially, made the move-in process as seamless and smooth as he made himself easily accessible and responsive. A pleasure to work with.

ClearStone was quick to action when a troublesome property issue later arose, and Stuart demonstrated strong communication skills in how he negotiated a remedy agreeable to both parties, overcoming barriers across the different circumstances, languages, and cultures of all involved. The issue was of a kind that could not be made right all at once in just a day's time, and I was relieved that I could turn to him throughout the various stages of the fix to express my concerns and exchange updates as we all worked together toward a resolution that was to everyone's satisfaction.

The kind of diligence and stick-to-itive-ness that Mr. Tong exemplifies is of the sort that reaffirms one's faith in their fellow man, and I would absolutely recommend ClearStone Property Management to anyone who wants to be in good hands!

Bottom line up front, Clearstone Property Management is outstanding. I have been with Sergio and his team since 2012 and they have been great. Communication is a big deal with me and they are always transparent with they recommendations and owning up to any issues that may arises. I truly appreciate their value and services. My family and I have been with ClearStone for almost 8 years now. They have always tried to work with our situations, like COVID-19 time and now that my husband is going through some health problems. Also when things need to get done in the house we rent they have been on top of it. Communication is good too. Nelson and Stewart are very responsive and helpful.

Hands down the best property management company I have worked with that really cares for the tenant! Shout out to Stuart who is a true professional and was our focal point for securing the house we wanted to rent! He provided a detailed account of the house and also provided a clear understanding of our rental contract. He is also the property manager and has done a wonderful job working with the house owner to get the house looking fantastic! I am so glad I hired clearestone property managment company for my rental property. I don't have the stress of collecting rent and managing repairs. If any repair needed to be done or any kind of issue popes from the tenant, Stuart (clearestone employee) takes care of the issue proffesionally. Stuart knows how to get good quality materials and skilled handyman with reasonable fee. I am happy to have Stuart on my side as well as tenants side.

When it comes the accounting part of income and expenses the company does awesome job documenting income and expenses. At the end of the year they send to owners income and expenses statment.
