War M.Colorado Springs, CO61Oct 13, 2016Clear Computers was an overall atrocious experience for me and my family. I went in to have my hard drive replaced. Replacing this hardrive, something that is nomrally done in a day by the Geek Squad or other, reutable companies, took Clear Computers three weeks. I got my computer back, and it seemed fine. The hard drive failed again, and I discovered that the people at Clear Computers had installed it improperly. I had to figure out how to fix it on my own. I then dsicovered that the copy of windows that Clear Computers had installed on my PC was pirated. They installed a stolen version of windows on my PC. I was on the phone today with Microsoft and HP today for 6 hours getting this straightened out. I ended up having to have them ship me a new copy of windows. Spend the extra few bucks to go to people who know what they are doing, like the Geek Squad. Wish I could give zero stars..

He told me what was going on with my computer and had it done the next day for only $80.00. Clear Computers is the place to go for all your computer needs.
