Clean USA

This is our second time using Clean USA for cleaning our carpets and furniture, and we will continue to use them. What a wonderful team! From our phone contact, Justin E., who fielded our call and then called to let us know there was a cancellation the next day do could get us done even sooner; to Justin S. and Jose who expertly treated all our problem areas and then thoroughly cleaned our carpets and furniture. They made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving.

This company came out to our home on time, gave a fair estimate, and proceeded to clean our carpet to my satisfaction. The technician was very professional, friendly, and quite efficient. I would definitely recommend.

This company did come, and do a decent job on my carpet. Too bad they have really bad customer service skills. I had received a card in my mail saying "we miss you, have a free room of carpet cleaning on us" I told my husband about it and we discussed having several rooms done. When I called to redeem the free room, the receptionist said my free room wasn't valid. At this point I had not told her about the other rooms we wanted done. When I asked why they would send me a card saying " we miss you have a free room" and then not give it to us she said people "like me" only want the freebies, and that card was sent out to get business. I never even told her about the rest of the house. Insulted, I hung up. Until I receive an apology I will never use this service again and I will continue to tell others about my experience. I have used other services since, and have at the very least been treated as a valued customer at those places.

They are the very best carpet cleaning service in the area. I am always amazed at their ability to remove stains and restore the carpeting in my rental homes. I highly recommend CleanUSA.

I would not use this service again .Way overpriced. Very poor job.. I had to have the work redone by another I was subbed out to somebody else. My carpet was returned in worse condition than it than it was when it was taken to be cleaned it was returned wet and stinky the sub did not move the furniture when he cleaned leaving water under it. how do you put antimicrobial spray on a floor when you don't move the furniture. I payed $1000 for the use of a dehumidifier, a fan, an uncleaned carpet a bad mop job and maybe some antimicrobial app.on part of the floor..

Great carpet cleaning at good prices. Very friendly and professional cleaners. A happy customer for years!
