After the owners left, the boxes were nicely packed in the truck, but the funiture and the remainder was a nightmare! Items were damaged a sofa was stained with detergent that leaked onto the dark fabric. Furniture was scratched and dented. Terrible, I wish I would have called a professional service for the money I paid
