We rolled into town with three blown speakers and minimal time to find a local place and get them replaced. The guys at Clay's were polite, knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell us on what we should buy. They had a good selection of equipment and added us to the install list right away. We were in and out in just over an hour... Now we're jamming!

Not a paid or incentivized review. I took my A4 Audi in with two needs - get me Bluetooth and Sirius. Did not compare prices or equipment - just rolled in with trust and a checkbook. Yes, they are on Summer. No, they don't have a half a million dollar storefront so you can feel like you get a luxury "experience". Guess what they do have? A kick butt install crew, and prices that don't reflect that unnecessary "experience". Who the heck cares about the experience? I wanted good equipment, guys who know what they are doing, (20 years worth) and integrity.
Claude could have taken advantage of a gal and her checkbook - and guess what? He didn't. Sold me the Pioneer 3800 with a Sirius Module, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need. They did the install while I waited (bring yourself a novel - excellent, careful work takes time!), gave me a tutorial, and sent me on my way to google the equipment on Amazon and wonder exactly how overpriced they were. They were less. Yep. By about fifty bucks, plus I got a tutorial and the confidence that in six months, not only will they fix it, but I'll enjoy going back to see that motley crew.
The equipment was installed flawlessly - no wires exposed, it wasn't crooked, raggedly cut, glitching, or shoddy. This was an expert job.

I went in because my car speakers were out of commission for almost a year, and I just needed to get my sounds back! They gave me a quote and fixed it up after a couple of hours that day. I am very impressed with their customer service. Try this place before going to Best Buy or any of those places that charge way more.

Went to Clay's to get a new stereo for my '86 Mustang GT. I had gone to Best Buy and a few other places to get prices on what I wanted so I had a good idea about what to pay. I called ahead and spoke with Claude to see if they would be available to meet me and give me some quotes and suggestions. He was friendly and told me they could see me anytime during the day. They opened at 10am on Saturday and I arrived at around 10:15am. There were 1 or 2 people in the showroom and Claude greeted me immediately. While the showroom didn't appear very organized, it was only due to having so much inventory and not much space. They have everything you need to customize your car, truck, or motorcycle. There were wheels, tires, stereos, body kits, and electronics for every type of vehicle.
Claude walked me through what he had to offer in stereo kits that fit my price range and vehicle. He took time to go over my car and had some great recommendations. At no time was he pushy or did he try and "up sell" to something I didn't need. After making my selections, he got me rung up and his installer took my car back to the shop right away. I was expecting it to take several hours and Claude gave me an estimated time of 3 hours to complete.
I was able to hang out in the shop for about 30 minutes while waiting on my ride. During this, Claude interacted with several walk in customers and still made time to chat with me.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that because of the efficient actions of his installer, my car was completed in about an hour and a half. Heck! They called me to pick it up before I had time to eat lunch and get back home!
The installation was perfect for my needs and it sounds amazing. This is all because of the great recommendations and hard work from the guys at Clays. I have exactly what I want and paid a good price for everything. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to customize or upgrade their vehicles.
