Claude Thomas Salon & Spa

This is my first time coming to this salon and Jenny has been a fantastic hair stylist! I sent pictures of a copper hair color and how I want it to be styled and she definitely understood my needs. I went from a highlights/balayage hair to a copperhead! It was so much fun having Jenny to work on this piece and the work environment is amazing as well. They really care for their clients and that's what I love about this place. I'm definitely coming back again.

Love this salon!!! Jenny is the best :) the salon is clean, well taken care of and you get personalized attention. Everyone has a great sense of humor, Steven gives excellent scalp massages. I highly recomend everyone to visit this salon for their hair needs, rather it's hair cut or color or waxing. They do it all!!!! Prices are reasonable as well.

They do amazing things to hair and the pampering experience starts the minute you walk in the door by offering you a cappuccino. And the hair cutting experience begins when you get the shampoo and conditioner. The experience ends with a luxurious scalp massage. Claudia always cuts my hair and know exactly what to do so that I look my best. I get complements about my hair from women I know, and I am a straight guy

If I could give more than five stars I would. I had been going to a different salon that just couldn't get my highlights the bright blonde I wanted. They kept coming out caramel colored. After reading the reviews for Claude Thomas, I made an appointment with Jenny. She's amazing. I told Jenny exactly what I was looking for and she LISTENED, and she made it happen. My hair is not only the color I want but also feels healthy. For anyone debating making the switch to Claude Thomas, I am telling you just do it! I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I saw Crystal and she was INCREDIBLE!!!! I've tried a couple of people around town at what is considered the "top" salons. Always trying to find someone who could do my coloring and everytime my hair would be off by several shades.

Crystal got my hair perfect on the first shot. I will be coming back to Claude Thomas for a long time

Great experience from the start. My 11 year old son and i called and made an appointment with Claudia. When we got there, we were promptly greeted, they took our temperature, offered us water, coffee, etc and took us right in. Everyone was very professional, kind and friendly. Everyone kept their masks on. Hair cut was great. We will definitely be going back.

I have been a client for nearly 10 years. Everything from facials, lashes, color, cut and extensions. I have never had a bad experience at Claude Thomas! I will go so far as to say that their team exceeds my expectations. Went there just this morning for my root touch up with Mattea. I have presented them with some serious challenges and they always come through. I can't say enough about this salon. Claudia, Mattea and Kristin are incredibly personable and make you feel as though you're truly important. I will be a client for life.

I finally found an awesome lash technician in Chicago that don't charge outrages prices for lash extensions! Krystin has over 15 years of experience and her technique is amazing!
I moved to Chicago from Toronto, Canada last year, I've been looking for a good lash extension places ever since. So happy Krystin was recommended to me!! My lashes look fabulous and for sure I'll be back for refills.
I've been getting lash extensions for the past 5 years, so I sort of know what I'm talking about. :) Bad lash extension jobs can cause eye irritations, abnormal shedding of your real lashes or damage to your real lashes. Bad techniques you can see chunks of glue attached to your real lashes, and lashes not separated properly, they get glued on eachother going different directions not the direction of your real lash growth. I had a bad technique technician not only took 2 hrs for my refills (usually it should be 30-45mins) she glues my lids together!
Krystin was very fast and efficient, my lashes look really great and natural! No visible glue residue! Every single lash is individually separated and amazing!

Maddie is excellent at what she does! She's amazing at blow out, color and styling. I highly recommend her!!
