      I bought a pair of starter gold pierced earrings. The earrings were lost due to unforeseen circumstances. I returned to the store 2 hours later same day to buy another pair. While the sales person was preparing my earrings she called her manager laughing about my situation and making disparaging comments about how stupid I was losing my earrings, next to me for the duration of the call. She did not ask why the earrings were lost. She did not apologize for her call.

      i was so shocked at this behavior I couldn't say anything at the time. Bad attitude doesn't even begin to describe this sales person.

      There is something really wrong with mgmt, sales person training and hiring at this store.

      Yesterday morning I went in to return several items after buying them the evening before. I will note that I'd removed all the backings and tags thinking they'd all fit & be great.

      When I get there the next morning, the woman working the desk had already called security on a previous upset returns customer. So I understand she was already stressed, but

      Then she was very stern with Me, criticizing me for highlighting the items for her on the receipt. Put off by her condescending attitude, I said to "just ignore the highlighting then." She coerced me into leaving my email and phone number or I couldn't get anything back for the items (I gave her a landline number HA).

      She just made me feel bullied in front of my 4 year old daughter. And I'm pretty pissed about that even though I hate confrontation.

      I did receive store credit at least (in the form of a gift card) for less than the returned products initially cost.

      Thanks for that sucky experience w my daughter, beeyotch!

      This place would be better off out of business .Clearly not run by professionals! Master pierce kiosk in front of Vans does excellent job , go there instead.

      As my daughter came through their door the lady said,"can you stop coming in the store?!" Not so customer friendly at all. Not sure how good is their products but there is no customer etiquette at all

      Went in today to get a tween's ears pierced. CJ was a pro through the entire process. She made us feel as though we were the only customers in the store. She was patient, informed, professional, friendly and a wonderful person to help make this ear piercing memory a great one. I highly recommend CJ at this location for ear piercing first timers.

      Came in to do a return. There were 3 employees working. The one at the register told me she would have to have the manager do the return for me, but doubted I could be helped because the manager was busy.

      Ooook? Weird.

      She goes off to talk to the manager who is piercing people's ears and comes back to tell me I'll have to wait 20 min until "the manager finds some time" but by then they'll be closing so I can't do the return. NICE customer service for you! Fair Oaks isn't any better...

      My boyfriend is right, you buy trash from a trashy store- you get crappy service.

      If I could put no stars I would. I had the worst customer service from the store at Tyson's Corner. I was told by customer service, on line, that I could return the gift cards I bought at Christmas time, for a refund on my credit card if I had the original receipt. I had all the information that they required, in addition to the email from customer service stating I could return them. The cards were easily verified as having never been used, still had the original amount on the cards, as displayed on the receipt.

      The assistant manager who mumbled about "I got a kid at home that I need to go take care of" (BTW, not my problem) was able to process the return, even though she kept loudly complaining that they were not set up for refunds on gift cards and she didn't know why they made other rules that she wasn't aware of.

      If they had just said "let's see what we can do to take care of you" instead of "NO" from the get go, I would probably not be writing this review.

      This place is so bad! Bad customer service, the workers are rude. I usually don't really bother the workers much, but the girl that was working yelled at me. I regret not saying anything, I've never had a problem with it until today. Never returning here ever again. Please if someone could help save this store. I should've got the name of the girl but I just left the store immediately. Or else I seriously would've haven't been so civil

      Horrible customer service. I walked in the store twice seeking to have me daughters ears pierced and the first time there was only on associate in the store and she was piercing someone's ears. I decided I'd come back since she was by herself. When coming back so walked in an no one acknowledged me so after 5 mins i asked where the earrings were for infants to have their ears pierced so I may pick a pair out. She said umm ok and then proceeded to hang up necklaces she had in her hand. After she hung them up she walked over to where the earrings were which were on a covered display lying face down and just left me there. No explanation of which earrings were which, which ones infants usually start of with or any instruction for that matter and the left me there to figure it out myself. I was confused so I went to the register and asked another employee if she could help me out and she said what do i need help with and the girl who wasn't helping me at all could could help me and I told her she's no help and acted like she didn't want to help me in front of her so she knew I wasn't happy. The other employee told me well I'm about to leave and I'm finishing this from and walked out the store. I guess you can blame it on them being young, but that's no excuse. I've never acted like that. So then I was thrown to another associate who asked me to pick my earrings out and I told her I already had. She said ok she would be right back and to wait for her in the corner where she pierced. She left the store for 15 mins for coffee and food and by the time she came back my 4 month old was irritated and ready to go. This store need a lesson in customer service. The woman older woman who pierce her ears was amazing. She placed my daughters earrings in the perfect spot unlike her pediatrician who missed the complete dot marked. She said she's been doing piercings for 11 yrs and started on babies. I honk her name was Algea but She usually doesn't work at location. She was just helping. Glad I don't have to go back!
