I am very happy with them. I tried contact many places and most don't do window repair, just replacement.

Those do, either ghosted me or quoted extreme prices.

This place they are responsive, they come on time. They measure and order the glass. Communication is clear. I wouldn't hesitate to refer to my friends.

I used City glass's service to replace two bedroom windows. They were professional and reliable. They provided a reasonable quote and did the accurate measurements by taking the glasses off. I had to pay the entire amount for ordering the glasses, but they made sure to follow up with me and completed the installation after the order arrived. I would continue to use their services and recommend to friends.

When we went to pick a large used glass top coffee table we found on LetGo, the owners had shattered the glass top while moving it outside. They gave us the table but we had to find a place to quickly replace the top before a party. City Glass to the rescue! They removed the table from our SUV, took precise measurements (the glass was inset and the tolerances tight - 42"x21 7/8"), and 20 minutes later we were on our way. Super-friendly, professional. Perfect! Worth the visit to see their setup! Thanks City Glass!

I went in asked for a certain size window and she went right to work and cut the glass to size . Quick accurate and very nice people. In and out in 15 minutes.

They did a great job installing the two mirrors in our house. Price was reasonable and the did it quickly.

Worst company that we've ever worked with. Nothing but excuses, missed deadlines and no communication. We gave this company three chances to make things right and they just kept screwing up and giving excuses, such as "we didn't think you were serious, so we didn't order the glass" even though we had signed the contract. At no time did they reach out to us, we always had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on. For example, We were told that the windows would be installed by Tuesday, nothing. So we'd call only to be told by Friday.... Again nothing. So we'd call again only to be told that the windows were sitting in the shop. That's nice, lots of good that does, why haven't they been installed,??? Two weeks of excuses and missed appointments. We didn't wait to hear the final excuse, you're fired!

City Glass replaced a bedroom window in our home. They were very responsive in terms of providing the initial quote and communicating throughout the course of the work (Cesar is quick to reply to texts/emails), and their price point was significantly lower than the other vendors that I reached out to. During the installation itself, they were able to come up with a creative solution when required (they needed to build out part of the existing frame so that the window fit flush) and they touched up all of the exterior paint that was chipped during the course of the installation. Thank you, Cesar and team, for doing a nice job.

Not to often I give a five star review! I am retired from the trades and dion"t have high expectations regarding a lot of so called trades people today.. what a pleasant surprise when CJGlass showed up on time and provided excellent workmanship. Suffice to say I highly recommend CJ Glass for all your glass needs.

I had a glass sliding door (double pane, tempered) broken and was pretty nervous about getting it fixed quickly. I used the Yelp request a quote system and City Glass was the first to respond with by far the lowest price. What I really appreciated is they put plywood over the opening, so my security fear was solved immediately, they then took the entire sliding glass door frame back to their office and fixed it over the next few days. Then they installed in about 15 minutes. What a great experience.

Our contractor hired this company to fit a glass shower enclosure in our master bathroom that we removed before for some tile work. We thought that since it is refitting, it will take couple of hours and we will be done. That is why we did not inquire about this company.

City Glass came to our place and took some measurements of the glass and our bathroom and said that everything is okay and our crew will come tomorrow to fit this in place. The estimated time the owner told us was about 3-4 hours to fit the glass back. So we thought that we will go to office after lunch time once the glass is fitted. Next day the crew arrived and the first thing they asked was if I had the tools. I was like, are you guys serious? Why would I have the tools?

Anyways after one hour I went out of my house and I saw all of these guys sitting in their truck. I asked them why you are not working? They said that one of the hinges is missing and we are waiting for someone to come and give that to them. I said that you have car, just drive and get it yourself. By this time already one and a half hour passed. Finally these guys went to get the hinge and returned after 30 mins. After spending another hour in our bathroom--I'm not sure doing what--they said that the existing shower case will not fit as the new tiles are not leveled as before. I was taken by surprise since they are telling me this after spending more than 2 hours in my bathroom. Anyways, we called the owner and he said that we need to order a new glass. This is supposed to cost us around 2k.

Anyways, we wanted the bathroom fixed so we agreed to get a new one. The crew took another couple of hours drawing and taking measurements for the new glass. We requested if they can expedite the order so that we can have the glass before Thanksgiving. The owners agreed and we were quite happy about it.

We called couple of times in the next few days, and one of the lady at City Glass assured us that the order is placed and we are on the urgent list and we can expect the glass in 4-5 days.

After couple of days, when we were at office, we received a text saying that the crew needs to take some more measurements and they are waiting outside the house. We were not communicated about this at all. Anyways, my wife works close by so she came home and they took some more measurements. At this point it was clear that they did not put the order for the glass yet.

Then after couple of days we called in to inquire again. At this point the owner asked if we need to keep the old hardware (hinges, door handle etc) or the new one. We said that since the glass is new, we would like new hardware. We again requested to make it urgent and he said that our order will go out today.

Anyways, we again got a message saying that they need to go in our bathroom again to take some more measurements. At this point, I had enough and I called to ask why they are coming for the third time when they could have take all measurements and ask me about the hardware in their first visit. The owner explained to me that he got permission from our contractor for new hardware and for that they need new measurements.

Any reasonable business would take proper measurements on the first visit and ask questions about hardware during their first visit. We are not free and sitting at home that they can just come again and again to our house to take measurements. But these guys just wasted our time. I think this company is just good enough to change windscreens and not something sophisticated as custom glass showers. I'm so glad that I canceled their services. We do not pay thousands of $$ for shitty service like this company.

On this same evening, I called another very reputed (according to Yelp reviews) glass company who came within one hour, took all the measurements and ordered our glass.

Stay away from this business.
