Overall solid. When you go to an adult store in person, rather than buying online, there's always going to be a price differential. I appreciate that it seems geared towards women - there's a men's "section," but as other reviews have mentioned, there's a lot of lingerie for dancers, sex toys, bachelor/bachelorette party supplies. etc.

That said, the main reason I'm writing the review: In case anyone needs the info, the store is 18 and up! I've seen some stores that were 21+ (or, weirdly, 19?), but all adults are welcome here. Just be prepared to show your ID if you look under 40.

everything smells like cat piss and you can't return anything. the lady was super nice but now I'm stuck trying to wash the cat piss smell out of this.

I just moved to the area from California and found this place. I have been a few times and each time has been a great experience.

I love sex toys and fun but the customer service here is horrible! Spent over $400 the first visit and a bottle of lube didn't make it in the bag. I asked and they said nope nothing left. Whatever bought one in a rush. Wrong kind never opened. Went very next day asked to exchange nope! Not a sorry nothing!!! I said well can you please grab me a silicone cooling bottle of wicked brand. "We don't carry that" walked right to it and said yes you do. There is a sign on the door buy one get one 50% NOT A MENTION ALL THREE TIMES. Three different people three crappy workers all in one week. Never again guess I am going to online from now on. You should too!!!!

This store is pretty small, but has all the basics. It's upstairs and downstairs and lots of options for "dancers". The store was pretty clean and had a lot of toys that you could actually turn on a d feel the vibrations. There are also lots of little fun items and games for couples and bachelorette parties and lingerie galore. Seemed like a lot of mature men in there also

It was my first visit to Cirilla's in probably 6-7 years. To be honest, it will probably be that long until my next.

THE INVENTORY: As far as the inventory selection, I agree with Jess' description. Just okay; nothing super-impressive. Typically high prices, though some were a bit lower than I would have expected.

THE SERVICE: The service was pretty bad. The clerk focused all attention on assisting a particular young woman. Not only was she singularly occupied for more than 15 minutes, but the clerk was leading her all through the store such that I would have to step out of the way every 2-3 minutes.

At the 20 minute mark, I left without buying a thing for my pending anniversary. The clerk honestly could have earned a 4-star rating and $120 in the till, if she had divided her attention between all the browsing customers in the store.

THE STORE: They get 2-stars rather than 1, only because the store appears to be clean and well-kept. It's a bit cramped on the ground floor. There's an upper level which I assume is where the movies are.

Impressive variety and exciting toys! My partner and I love visiting sex shops together and had a great time going through this shop's collection of toys and accessories. Very comfortable atmosphere and fun employees. There's no doubt you'll find something to love in this shop!
