Jim Agate at Circle Mortgage has been someone who has not been truthful and has been generally a big talker.....when I confronted him he stuck with his lies but conceded a little bit......for a week in middle of things he was MIA then sent a declination letter.

Bad place with bad management.

Jim Agate at Circle Mortgage is another stellar member of my 5 Star Real Estate Team in South Florida. He took us from loan application to successful closing in TWO WEEKS (Nov. 2009)! No surprises in the form of changing rates, APRs, fees, etc. All of the numbers were exactly what Jim said they would be (and he got us an excellent rate with very very reasonable fees to boot).
Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot to learn. Before we even started looking for a home, I read three books on how to buy a home and avoid some of the pitfalls (so I knew a few of the right questions to ask). I interviewed three other lenders/mortgage brokers and ultimately Jim was was the most honest, consistent and accurate of them all. Just as importantly, Circle Mortgage is a DIRECT LENDER (all the staff is in house and they are not subject to a lot of red tape that slows down the Brokers, this means they can close much faster than a Broker). Jim is very service oriented, patient and always available for questions, etc. He delivered exactly what he said he would and we are very Thankful to him and the excellent team at Circle Mortgage for pulling together our last minute loan for us!
