I spoke with Bill then about my concerns with service and that since I don't live in Cincy anymore I felt more comfortable purchasing down here. He completely understood and was incredibly gracious at the time. Since then I have grown to regret not purchasing from them and dealing with them from the very start. The service team is incredible and they really do go above and beyond for their customers. They have earned my respect and my business and would recommend anyone to give these guys a chance. You won't be disappointed.

We compared 4 other boats and 2 other boat stores, it felt right to buy from Bill and Jason. 3 weeks later we are very happy with our purchase. After the sale these guys have gone beyond our expectations to help us learn to use our new boat to its potential. Thanx so much!

Steve E.Greensboro, GA6912Sep 18, 2014This place is bad news. See my Google review. I spoke with the owner Bill about a used boat. I then pleaded with him to be very honest about the mechanical condition of the boat because I was driving over 1000 miles round trip and I did not want to waste my time. I have saved the emails. He tells me numerous times that the boat is in great shape and that they have thoroughly lake tested the boat and it passed with flying colors. I drive over 500 miles and with in 5 minutes of launching the boat I have water pouring all over my lap from the dash and the motor sounds like it is going to blow up!! These guys are either shady or don't know what they are doing. In either event STAY away if you know what you are doing. Spend your money where it is safe.

Steve, we take dedication to servicing our customers very seriously and are extremely sorry your experience with us was not satisfactory. We make it a priority to go above and beyond for our customers and we were happy to meet you at your convenience after hours.
We too were disappointed we could not work out a deal on the used boat. I am not sure where the miscommunication lies as we sent you 20+ high resolution photos so you would know exactly what condition this particular 20 year old boat was in physically. Based on these photos we agreed upon a price and you were happy to come to take a test drive to make sure everything was mechanically sound. During this test drive the boat ran flawlessly; however we did find that the speedometer was not functioning correctly. We were happy to fix this minor issue at no cost to you.
As far as "water pouring in the boat" and the "engine sounding terrible" this just was not the case and we understand that it is your word against ours. We would never sell a boat that was not up to our standards or misrepresented in any way. Please understand that we could not accept your offer after the test drive to purchase the boat at 50% off the agreed sales price. It would have forced us to sell the boat at a significant loss.
