Chipotle Mexican Grill

The restaurant is filthy and they don't have high chairs. Like no joke, there is food allll over the floor

If I could give -10020939499393/10 I would. How do you give a quarter scoop of chicken and feel good about yourself. Like do you own the business? Is this coming out of your paycheck? Make it make it sense.

I liked coming here because they usually put a generous amount of meat and a good balance of all the other ingredients but lately, they've become stingy like the others. Today, I ordered a burrito and it was bland and loaded with rice. Found the chicken towards the end of my meal. Do you know what this means? The burrito was not wrapped properly. The ingredients should be evenly distributed from top to bottom instead of rice on top and chicken on the bottom. Don't people get any training when they start work? I understand some jobs have a high turnover and wrapping a burrito may sound unimportant but it is, like, one of the main things when you sell burritos! If they're so new, have a senior employee watch them work and make sure they're doing their job right. For them it's just one burrito wrapped incorrectly out of the 100 they've done but for me it's my only burrito for the week or my first burrito in months! Make it count!

The person that put the condiments was so stingy like he doesn't want you to taste anything. I literally rolled my eyes watching him put pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese in the burrito. BLAND! And totally not worth it! They need to refund these kinds of food, tbh.

The service at this chipotle is trash. The server was very sexist when he was serving me by giving me a lot of extra in my bowl, but when it came to him doing my boyfriends burrito he barely put anything and didn't even heat the tortilla correctly. This Chipotle I would not recommend to anyone, and their food didn't come out good.

I can't believe it. How can you have a fast food restaurant in a shopping center? And have no ice for the soft drinks. So then you get your soft drink. And it's hot that just ruins the whole meal. And this is like, the second time. I've been there where the service is not that great. But I know they are shot staff.

In line girl gives guy ahead of me heaping portions of chicken rice beans etc. the nerd school kid making mine shook off the serving spoon and once my burrito was done it was about two inches by two inches. Three bites. I said wtf. Walked out. Never coming back. Cheapskates.

Ran out of fajita veggies and I said I would wait. The employee said it would be an hour!! Never again. There are some good chipotles with good service and obviously some bad. I won't be back here. This isn't the first time.

You guys need to
1. Keep your food hotter. More often than not your meat is borderline cold.
2. teach your staff how to wrap a burrito. The past 5 times I've come my burrito has been folded terribly to the point where I need to unwrap it and grab a fork to eat it and just throw away the tortilla.
Last evening I spent $40 for soggy chips I could barely bite through and 2 burritos that couldn't have been wrapped worse. Sorry but do better.

The grand kids took me here on one of many trips to the city by the bay. It also happens to be one of my favorite places for an occasional dinner. They both ordered chips with that great new cheese in a cup. White in color but I dont remember the name. It is really good. They each went for a chicken quesadilla. It looked soo good. I myself ordered a bowl. There is nothing that beats their burritos, but they are too big for me. So I got the brown colored rice as a base. Topped with three scoops of chili peppers. Next, add the chicken on top. The beef looks really, really good, but I'm on a meat free diet for now. But the chicken is good. I just wish it were moist like the beef and the carnitas look. So next I add lots of green salsa, and lots of that white shredded cheese on top. Makes gor a grand meal.

Went in at 8:11 today on Saturday and I see no black beans in the bowl. Requested if they can bring more. Server looked at the manager? And said they don't have any and points to the kitchen saying No cooks.I wondered if they closed soon? She said no we close at 10. It thoughts that's weird that the cooks left at 8?. I said beans is the only protein I eat being vegan. She went in the back and got a scoop of beans in the my bowl! I said I usually get extra beans. She went and got one more scoop from back. In my head I went-who the heck are y'all hiding beans from in the back!!!?? To my surprise no fajitas. I asked if they have that in the back? She said no. Ok. No guac? Server looks at the manager and says no. You have lettuce? No. I mean i didn't want just rice and beans. So I said sorry and walked out. Have not had a worse experience before. And I am pretty sure they brought the beans container out from the back for the gentleman who entered after I left the store. So may be I was not elite enough for their service? Absolutely shocking. Two thumbs down
