Chipotle Mexican Grill

It is wonderful that all of their foods are natural, but there is nothing exciting about this food. There just so many choices of similar kinds of restaurants that do the same thing and perhaps better.

This Chipotle is great. Never let me down whether is use a food delivery service or in person. Meat is always cooked well and they're about 99% accurate. I've ordered from this store about 100 times and only had an order wrong once. They forgot my guaccccc lol.

Also, they hooked me up with a hilarious Shrek sticker and quote one time! Lol. Thanks for making my day whoever did that!

Great food, great service, great taste. Only docking a star bc it's a chain and, we'll, I have a preference for local joints to help the mad and pas of the community.

I have had bad experiences at chipotle but I gave it another shot today. The staff was kind and I got my food quickly. Ordered the new garlic steak which is much better than their regular steak. Not as fatty or chewy.

They are so rude !!!! Incredibly unpleasant. They close at 11, but at 9pm ran out of chicken and refused to make anymore.

We ordered 2 identical chicken bowls. One came correct and the other looked like it was half eaten and was missing over half of the ingredients. I tried to contact the store but could never get anyone to answer the phone.

They are shady for up charging me for extra meat, when I didn't get it or ask for it.

I asked for extra rice and I stayed please and they gave me like 2 tiny scoop full of extra rice and then she didn't really talk to me as I told her steak and then passed on to the next employees and they were better to talk to and get the help. They cheap you out of the money you are paying to come here. Service is ok here not the best. Don't come here if you want value of money. They give less and then still want you to pay.

Always out of something. Steak or pico. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Continue to be disappointed.

Due to Covid the seating is very limited, but we found a spot outside. Masks are required!! (Someone was turned away because he didn't have a mask on)
We got the chicken bowl with shells on the side, chips @ guacamole. Easily shared between the 3 of us! We always come to this chipotle when we are in town.

Poorly run. Out of many items. Long wait in a short line. Sad to see people who ordered on-line. They really had a long wait. This is not the Chipotle experience I am used to.
I think this store needs better management and employee training.
