Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is typically pretty clean and gets the job done, which I guess is all you really want from a quick serve restaurant

The portions that they provide are very inconsistent from one day to the next. And this is based on years of going there so the same, scoop of black beans one day is either much less or much more the following day, and regardless of feedback, it does not change

The food is always good.

The people making the food as you order are just OK. They get the job done. They aren't super friendly, but they aren't grumpy.

The bathrooms are always clean, so that's something

If there was another chipotle equal distance, I would say probably to go to that one but like I said, this one is clean and gets the job done so it's fine

I was going to give them 2 stars but remembered they did not have any ice therefore knocking off a star for facility failures.

Would this matter if they had given me a satisfactory amount of food? Probably not, but because their portions were so small that I could run with the bowl in one hand and absolutely nothing would fall out, I get to nitpick at their lack of ice.

So if you didn't get the message yet, my experience with them was that their portions were small. I ordered the bowl and by the time I got to the register, my bowl still looked half empty. It wasn't a busy day and there was plenty of food in the trays. You could see the walls of my bowl which is always a sight to see. If it had been a burrito, it would have been the first burrito in Chipotle history to not explode.

I go to Chipotle frequently. Not this location but enough to know what an average and above average bowl looks like. This was neither.

Chipotle is always a hit or miss for me. The food tastes different every time and it's not consistent.

The quality of the food varies but I'm never impressed with my meal and always regret coming which I rarely do anymore. Service was whatever here, you could tell the workers would rather be anywhere else than there. We paid extra for vinaigrette and it wasn't in our bag - good thing we checked.

Good amount of seating and it's fairly clean at this location. Chipotle is a good spot if you're looking for a healthier and quick option for food but it's gone downhill across the years.

Chipotle is always the go-to place for the healthiest fast food. The service is always good, and this is a good place to eat at or get takeout.

This location is a hit or miss. For example, over the past week I got one good order and another order that was so gross due to the old-tasting lettuce in the bowl.

Overall, I will be trying a different Chipotle on the East side.

As other reviews mentioned, chipotle is definitely hit or miss. I don't frequent chipotle because usually like tonight it was a miss. Employees are unhappy teens that don't follow sanitary practices and are clueless to what customer service is. Yes my burrito was big but only had four ingredients as it was a veggie burrito, to-go, no bag, no other food items, but wasn't double foiled. When handed to the cashier he touched the tortilla with his bare dirty hands and didn't seem to care. I asked for another piece of foil and doubled it myself, tore off the piece he touched, and won't return again. Just wouldn't recommend this location if you do choose to spend your hard earned money at chipotle. Large lobby with plenty of seating but unfriendly dirty questionable environment.

Probably one of the worst chipotle's ive ever visited. First, they give me the smallest portions possible. Usually i get my moneys worth but at this chipotle the workers always ration. The workers are nice except for one who continues to give me attitude and horrible portion sizes. The Ice machine has been broken for a month and once again like mentioned before they never give me my
moneys worth in terms of portions. I hope to see some changes in management. I wish i knew the workers name but its pretty obvious who she is, never kind or smiling just attitude and sassiness. Not impressed.

I only go to Chipotle when I'm in a pinch. Apparently, that phrase started in the late 1400s. Originally, it was "put at a pinch". That's not a bad game of telephone if it only changed to "in a pinch" in the past 500 years. I wonder if "let's play it by ear" will eventually change to "let's play it by year". I know the proper way to say it is, "by ear", but I always say "by year" and I'm not the only one. It's a battle between the "by ear" and "by year" people. Who knows what will happen in the next 500 years.
I wonder if the people that created the "put at a pinch" phrase are turning in their graves every time someone says "in a pinch" instead. I'd imagine they wouldn't be as upset about the actual words that have changed, but more about how people use the phrase now. Like when I say, I went to Chipotle because I was in a pinch, my "in a pinch" was being a little hungry and not wanting to eat the leftover pizza from Costco we got earlier that day. My brother and I just moved everything out of his house and Chipotle was one of the few places open.
When people were at a pinch in the late 1400s, I'm assuming the situations were much more dire. Like trying to ration out the stale bread they had left between family members and avoiding the plague. Or maybe those people that created the phrase would be happy that these are the kind of pinches that humans are facing nowadays, eating Chipotle because they're not in the mood for leftover pizza. Anyway, my burrito was a little soggy, but good. The employees were really nice

I came to this Location 12:25 PM on a Wednesday and it was practically empty. I took a quick gander at the meats and they all looked dry except for barbacoa since it is literally in liquid. The portions they gave were very skimp and they tried to charge me 1.76 for the vinegarette. Sadly this chipotle is not a good one. The employees look bothered that I came in and interrupted their conversation.

Ordered online, paid for double chicken and only got a regular amount of chicken and it was barely warm. Either they didn't give me double portion or their portions are now laughably small.

I'm not one to usually leave negative reviews, but sometimes I am annoyed with this location. There is this asian girl who works there that is VERY stingy with the portion sizes. I always ask for double rice because I don't get many things in my bowl. She gives me pretty much a regular small portion. Everyone else usually gives me what I ask for. I'm always left unsatisfied if she works at the counter.
