Our Menu: For the menu we thought long and hard about what is the best of the best of these hometown favorites. We enlisted the help of friends, family, professional chefs, and even sent spies back home in to infiltrate some of the " secret sauces " which have made those places so popular for almost a century. In the end, we created something new and super exciting that I hope will be a favorite for generations to come in the twenty- first century, here in SW Florida. The basis of our menu is simple. We offer Chimis, franks, and tropical drinks. All our toppings are homemade and we use local produce as much as possible. We are committed to keeping the quality high and the price affordable.

Not the world's greatest sandwich, don't let the sign fool you. I understand what they're trying to do. They're trying to take Mike's Subs "steak knockout" sub from Kenmore NY, and turn it into a sandwich. But they fail. It was decent, but def not as good as the real deal subs from Mike's and Jim's in Buffalo.

Hi Kenny, sorry if you didn't love the sandwich. Our Chimi sandwich is actually a recipe from the Dominican Republic which is popular in New York City food trucks. We've never been to Buffalo, NY and we are not familiar with the sandwiches you are referring to. However, we have other menu items that you may like better. Thanks for the review! Stop by if you're ever in the area.

Place was good but half the time I stopped to get food it was closed even when their hours would have been "open". Called ahead this time and the person who answered the phone said they closed for good. Shame, the Chimi was awesome.

The mixture of beef, onion, slaw, tomato and sauce is outstanding and thank you for the spork to clean up the remnants. Will be back and a must try SWFL.

Great place for a casual dinner. Fantastic chimi burgers and hot dogs. The papaya slugger was super refreshing and cooled us down on a hot Saturday afternoon motorcycle ride. The Cuban dog was delicious and the Texas meat sauce is a MUST HAVE! Stop over and check out this fun new baseball themed eatery. Just a short drive from Ft Myers Beach.

We got there at 1 in the afternoon and were the only people there. I had the Chicago style and Dad had the classic. Our dogs were good but the 15 minute wait was excessive. They will have to kick this up a notch if they are to make thru the season.
