Chili's

The food is amazing it was delicious and me and my family finished everything is was just great now here is why only 3 stars the food took forever to cook and come now the ambience was amazing the lighting was great and also the view

When we got there of 4 adults, 2 baby's , 1 child an older lady told us we had to wait 45 minutes or 1hr so we decided to go. But then another family came bigger and she just sat them down just like that not even waiting the 45 minutes or the 1 hr she told us thats just messed up even there were other big tables available but nooo.. for me thats just unprofessional not coming againg

This chili's in particular is not good. The service sucks-they forgot my chicken tenders. Each time I order something to go I'm ALWAYS missing something. It's the only chilis in the area and is the worst one I've been to.

Not a good experience. Our server was not attentive at all and we had to flag her down for everything. We got our drinks and chips with salsa but she never came back with the wife's beer. Had to flag her down and ask where it was. She went over to the bar entered it into the POS and we watched the bartender get the order then pour the beer. The beer was gross.....almoat sour and tasted like the lines have never been cleaned. The kids and wife food came out then I waited more about 10 mins before mine came out. Why can't you bring it out together. Had to flag her down to get my water refilled. We all finished our food waiting for her to bring the bill....again had to flag her down. I hate that we have to use that computer on the table and I can't get a paper receipt...I'm not putting my email in there to get spam email from chilis. Won't be back.

WORST CHILLIS EVER I CAME AT 8:30 and it's closed the doors are locked and they won't let anybody in, it's fully packed so how is it closed mind you it's Friday at 8:30 and the doors are LOCKED!! So I placed a order online and can't even get inside THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN!!!

We came on a Saturday night, a group of 5 of us and a child and we were seated right away. I think more of it now they want you to do stuff on the kiosk at the table which was nice for rewards etc. We were helped quickly and got things moving along. I tried their new black bean Pattie's instead of beef for the sliders and it was really good! They have a lot of different options that are all super tasty. They even have meals that you can split and get different items as an option.

We had excellent service tonight! Kendra was super upbeat and attentive. I was part of a large party (12). I know large parties are harder for servers. But she made it look easy. She brought refills before requested and did a great job. I hope she is a trainer for your restaurant, others will benefit from learning from her. Kendra is a rock star! Ask for her!

DO NOT COME HERE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in and no one acknowledge me. My kids were hungry and fussy due to waiting so long to not get seated. Whatever you do...do NOT come here!

WISH I would have checked reviews. sad excuse for a chilies..... bad bar drink. carefull chance on order... kinda sucked.

I've lived here for about year and half and finally decided to try it. My previous chili experiences were not good. This Chili's rocks. Very attentive and food delivery fast. Friendly staff. The best chili's I've ever been! I visit a lot and never had any problems!
