Chili's

Warning: The service is really slow. Usually they only have one or two waitresses working the bar and all the tables. I feel like it is not their fault they are just under staffed.

I LOVE Chilis and all their signature items, especially the bottomless chips and salsa and honey chipotle chicken crispers!

Due to this being a chain the food is standard enough and we enjoy going here. Under par for the average chilis, but we love the menu and the specials enough that we still eat here occasionally.

Ordered lunch via door dash. Lunch Combo - Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/side salad. It was packaged well and initial food plating and appearance was goid. Fries were crisp on outside with tasty flavor with just enough softness inside. Sandwich had good flavor despite the avocado slices being a bit over ripe. The salad was packed full in a little small container which made it a little hard to get to it all and have dressing incorporated to all of salad. Small minor areas for improvements. Sweet tea was fabulous and so refreshing. Cutlery was missing from the bag, but luckily ihad some available to me

Forgot to add this to my review... what the heck are/were these?? Order "mozzarella sticks" .. get this? Weird!

Last night, my wife and I ordered delivery from this Chili's. I had some trepidation. I was in the mood for a burger, and the last time I ordered a burger from this Chili's, it was terrible. I had ordered it with pink inside, per the available options, and it arrived so well done it was almost burnt.

Thinking perhaps last time was a one-off mistake, I ordered a burger again. I made sure I specified "pink".

What arrived was a burger cooked so far over well done, it was virtually charcoal, and certainly inedible.

(The reason I gave this review two stars was because my wife said her ordered meal, ribs, was fine.)

Once is a mistake; twice is a kitchen that doesn't care because it knows a delivery order won't be sent back. The delivery service reïmbursed me for the charcoal briqutte on a bun I received, but there was still the inconvenience of not receiving a meal.

We order in about five times a week. That's pretty good odds for the restaurants around us---they're likely to get our business every week or two. But, not this Chili's. We won't from it again, even if it offered us a free meal. I won't give my trust to a restaurant that doesn't care.

Unbelievably understaffed. I watched poor guy sit at bar for at least 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. When he finally got a drink he sat for another 10 minutes to try to order. When bartender, who was actually waiting on only one table, he ordered and asked for another drink he was told bar was closed. Pitiful. What has happened to food service in this country. I'm a 68 year old bartender and this would have never happened at my bar. Learn some respect for your customers and maybe you will make some money or close the doors and get out of the business

I ordered curbside delivery today and the food was awful. The fries were over salted and stale, the burger was burnt to a crisp on the outside and over cooked on the inside. The two stars are for the person who delivered the food to my car. She was polite and professional. I'm done with you Chili's. A waste of time and money.

Never again ! Rude service! Food was cold then they offered to put it in the microwave and bring it back out to me ! If I wanted microwaved food I could have did that at home ! Waiter stated everything was microwaved.... I wouldn't recommend this chills at all ! Oh yea my honey had been sick on the toilet since we left !

The food was fast and delicious. Our waiter (jordan) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and all of the food options. He kept us laughing and was extremely charismatic. Thanks for the pleasant dinning experience.

Food was FRESH and came out in a timely manner. the staff are friendly and have really good service

Ugh. I love Chili's. But I don't know what they were doing in the kitchen. And I don't blame our server, the entire restaurant was understaffed. He wasn't able to help us because of how many tables there were, but it was clear he was doing his best and running around everywhere. I felt horrible I wanted to hug him. Anyway back to the food. Cold french fries, dry chicken fingers, gross queso (normally I'm obsessed), the chips tasted like oil, and unfortunately..... our lava cake center was frozen. We felt horrible complaining to our server. But anyway I won't be back. Be kind
