Chili's

We got there at 6:30 on Saturday night and they were busy but still had tables available but there was a 25 minute wait. I guess they were short staffed. Did not wait

If you're someone like me you don't love coming to chilis! Unfortunately for me, it's my partners favorite place so I've come to share what I'll order. The queso is a hit or miss! The guac usually always tastes fresh but their honey chipotle shrimp never fails me! We usually always have to wait awhile to get seated but after that the service is usually pretty good. I don't like the inside of the building because it always smells like cleaning supplies but I enjoy their patio deck, it's very relaxing.

High prices, low quality food, and good service is hit or miss. We got a friendly server last time but was scatter-brained and kept forgetting everything. Longish wait time for food. Food was a little bland, not much flavor. Dirty floors, tables and booths after they've been "cleaned."

This chili's may not have the curb appeal.... however our Server Daniel did superb!

We live about 15 mins away... First time trying this location. I had heard good things so I came with expectations. Started with the chips and salsa which came out with hot chips... Delish. Had a taste for a beer also Delicious.
The girls wanted cheese quesadilla and broccoli... So the destroyed that. My wife ordered nachos... Also pretty tasty.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.. I added some pictures.

I got chicken crispers in case the girls wanted some to go along with their quesadilla.

Had the birthday dessert on the rewards account Togo it came out lightning fast and once home... my daughters destroyed it.

Yikes! Prices went WAY up, and quality went WAY down. Chilis is not what it used to be, and it is a huge disappointment. We've decided we are officially done We left after a few (unsatisfactory) bites.

- The chicken crispers were pretty sad. It seems like the recipe has changed for the worst.
- The white queso wasn't a hit because it was cold.
- The "mac n cheese" is macaroni noodles, covered in the white queso. AKA, a sin to my tastebuds.
- Fries were the best part of the meal
- Tortilla chips were gummy

1 entree and an order of queso was $24 before tip. Again, YIKES!

Sometimes it's good to get back to the basics. That's how I feel about Chili's. We often overlook for the latest Mexican or other trendy spot. We went back this week and were happy we did. If you have their app you get complimentary chips and salsa! No reason not to sign up.
Ambiance -- it's a Chili's. You know what to expect.
I had the Brisket Quesadillas. So good. Perfect flavor, a LOT too eat, had to take some home. They were a perfect pick when you want meaty, but tired of hamburgers. Of course throw in a little Mexican flavor and Bam!

Was a little Leary because of the low reviews, but we were not disappointed. They did take awhile to help us at first but we did go one hour before closing, 6 of us. But Nina , our waitress was great! Very hospitable and kept our beverages coming. Food as to be expected for Chilis.

Menu change alert! Food is excellent as always but don't like changes when I'm use to ordering something I really enjoy. Love the chips and salsa with a Dr Pepper and I'm good to go!

This chilis, is very slow, the employees here don't know to introduce themselves and also the manger, don't know the menu at all !! This will be the last time I will EVER come to this chilis. I also work at chilis so maybe yall run your restaurant differently but I will say there is no effort to make sure your customers are taken care of !
