Excellent service start to finish! They made sure the car was thoroughly inspected. They noticed AC had a minor leak and it was covered under manufacturer's warranty and they handled it all! Definitely a family feel to the entire process.. no surprise since most of the employees are family. I'll be back!

A friend recommended Chignoli to me for a used car. He has bought all his cars from them for decades. Now, I plan to buy all my cars from them from now on. They don't push you to buy. They ask what you are looking for, and your price range. They listen. Then, if they don't have it on the lot, they go hunting for what you want. They won't sell you a cheap lemon. And they offer a solid warranty. Our family bought two used cars from them in the past two years. Both run great. We couldn't be happier.

This is the second time in the past 3 years that I have purchased a vehicle from Chignoli. Greg is great to work with but their entire team of staff is terrific. My 2011 Lincoln MKX (purchased from them in 2013) was recently totaled due to an uninsured driver hitting my parked car on the street. Greg steered me in the right direction and helped me choose the perfect new car, considering price and style. My wife and I stopped in to the lot around 5:00pm, went home to "think about it" and returned (quickly at 6:15pm) to buy a 2015 Jeep Patriot. We worked with Joe Chignoli (sales) and Mark Chignoli (finance). Both guys were friendly, helpful, and no-nonsense. They also stayed after closing time to complete the deal. We had a great experience buying a car at Chignoli it took less than an hour and a half to drive the car check the car out and signed all the paperwork and walk out the door. They didn't try to add any hidden cost. We have family and friends that work at dealerships and always bought our cars from them this was the first time we went anywhere else.
