the food is very yummy, the service is also nice and quick, I love chick fil a so much

25 minutes (and counting) after arriving for curbside pickup thru mobile app on a Tuesday night in January.

I love Chick Fil A. But this location is having issues delivering on the 1-5 min (app estimation) estimation of food delivery after arrival.

Don't order curbside if you are looking for fast food.

2 drive-thru lines with people waiting while 1 person walked back and forth alternating between the lines to take orders. Finally made it to the window and waited another 10 min for our food to come out (two #6s). Sandwiches were like warm, the lettuce was wilted/brown and tomatoes were slimy. Gross!!

The sausage bowl I ordered came out cold, cheese not melted. I went through the drive thru. This location has notably gone downhill recently as this is not the first time we've been given cold food. We won't return

We have come here a few times and the workers are always friendly, however, they seem to always get our order wrong. I've gotten the wrong dipping sauce multiple times and have gotten items (like drinks and fries) only half full. They are very kind in fixing it at the time, but it's a regular occurrence that can be a little frustrating. overall would recommend, but always check the bag!

They really need to figure out how to get the food out quicker, no other Chick-fil-A in the East Valley is this slow, it's ridiculous!

The only person that was nice was the girl that took my order in the drive through. Once I pulled up to the window she looked like she didn't want to be there. I asked for condiments and I only received 1 of each out of the two I asked for even though I had a 12 count nugget meal as well as my son. Everyone knows 1 sauce isn't enough for 12 in a box. I had to get out to grab more. Which isn't a big deal but the reason for going through a drive-thru is because you don't want to get out.

This is literally my favorite place to eat. I could eat here every single day and never get tired of it. This locations food is always so amazing. Staff is very nice. I just wish this location still had curb side pick up. I'm a new mom so it is hard to wait in the long drive through line or walk in with a new baby. It would be so much easier with curbside pick up. This location is always busy but it is the only location in queen creek and everyone from San tan goes to this location as well.

Slowest service ever! Sat in the drive thru on a Monday night at 9pm and waited over 20 minutes in line! The food was not even warm when we got it! Will not come back again to this location! Worst service ever!

Wack place. The play room is in a tiny enclosed area with no seating. So you can't hear or see your kids. There is a very tiny window to view your children through but people without kids seem to think that seating is best for them. All this food cost me $20 and tastes off and mediocre. The tea taste like they don't clean their machines.

The staff are very nice though. Just not the best experience. Maybe their other food is good. It's just way overpriced. I'll keep going to McDonald's where I can eat and watch my kid and not spend so much money for bad food.
