Long wait times, unfriendly staff.
I've been many times the last time was the last time I will ever go to the Niceville location

Food is good but slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever ate at. Needs to be trained or taken over by the Ft. Walton Beach Chick-fil-A owner.

Customer service is a sad state here. On a recent order inside the store the sales team did not bother to ask my name. The order came out very late. The order came out in a bag although I had asked for dine-in. As I was eating it I noticed the name in the bag. It said "green salad". I guess it's pretty derogatory and racist comment for a customer service personnel. Just sad how discriminatory she was.

1) This location doesn't use trays for dine in customers so everything comes out in bags which make the fries soggy. Only CFA I've visited that does this.

2) They don't give you drinks when you order. You get them 15 minutes later with your meal. Also the only CFA location I've visited that does this.

3) Most of the empty tables were dirty.

Bottom tier Chick-fil-a location . Go to a different location.

My husband and I picked up dinner through the drive through. His chicken nuggets and fries were fine but I opened my salad and there were dead flies directly on top. Unfortunately we didn't catch this until we made it home to eat. Makes me question the cleanliness of this establishment and how fresh the food is. Two stars only because our cashier, Bobby, was very friendly.

Chik Fil sandwich was tasty as always but the bun & chicken appeared smaller & price larger. I get it every thing is going up, but was disappointed in the size. I'll still go there but keep in mind so no surprises.

Ate at a Chick-fil-A only once many years ago,so thought I would try here. I remember way back when, they would have Bible verses on their packaging (sandwich wrappers, etc). Which is why I wanted to see again but no verses anymore.
Got the 8-piece nugget meal with waffle fries, Root beer and had to try the Mac 'n Cheese of course. Not too shabby. Not a big chicken sandwich eater but the rest of meal was very good.
Only 3 stars due to no Verses on packaging and my order was for dining in but was prepared for a to-go.

Wonderful service! Everyone inside was so kind and helpful! The restaurant was spotless!
While I was passing the food to our kids I dropped a drink on the ground. The manager came out and asked what needed to be replaced. He happily replaced the drink. They put the NICE in Niceville!

Made a mobile order today @ 1:09pm for a box of 12 count grilled nuggets and a kids 5ct nugget meal...$14.58 total, with my grilled nuggets being $7.09 + tax! Well, drove 10 minutes to get there, 10 minutes in line, and 10 minutes back.

To my surprise I got only 9 nuggets - 6 of which were small! As much as I paid, at least give me the proper count. Writing this because this isn't the first time and now I've learned my lesson that they do not know how to count. I'll have to check my meals each time. Sad, really sad that $7+ looks like this but even more sad they can't get your order right.

Update from one star to three
I contact their online customer service and got a reply from the local staff giving us 4 meal vouchers to make up our meals.

We've always be a fan of chick-fil-a but this location has done us so many wrongs. We come here once a week, incidents like they swapped our burgers happened twice; or that they gave our order to the wrong car so we ended up having to park and wait all over agin. Tonight was the first time we called them up, they didn't give us what we paid for. We ordered a no.1 dulex and no.2 dulex both with America cheese. We ended up not having the spicy chicken at all. Instead we got a sandwich with tomato only. We called them up and the girl picked up the phone said she can only give us some coupons. This is the THIRD time happening to us this month. We are very disappointed
