Chick-fil-A

As a life long Georgian, how did I not know about this?
This location (Forest park) is not the original Dwarf House started by Truett Cathy and his brother. The original location is in Hapeville Ga.
Sit down, "my pleasure", full service is available. We ordered and shared the famous Hot Brown, a dish made with chicken, cheese, bacon, and a cream gravy; fried okra and a fresh, side salad.
The Hot Brown was not very hot when first brought out, but our server took care of us and returned it steaming.
All the Chick-Fil-A menu items are available as well.
I'm so glad I got to experience! Thumbs up once again Mr Cathy!

Super clean, they had a massive catering order they had been preparing so they seemed a bit off bc of jt, but food is as one comes to expect from a chick fila, I did try the peach pie, I assume it's only sold in Atlanta, I waited about 10 min for jt, it tasted like fried chicken, I assume it was fried in the same oil as the chicken, I had NO clue that this location serves a different menu on the side dining room, they have a sign to wait to be seated and have specific menus for that side dining room with completely different food, we didn't know nor realize until after we had our regular chick fila food, it would be nice if they had additional signage letting people know, super cute little entrance and indoors. If you have a chance look it up online only a few of these exist

Clean and fast with ordering. Food is always hot and orders are accurate also. They don't skimp on the sauce either.

Nate did such a good job, The food was great too, but Nate needs a raise in my opinion

Slowest service, and worst food quality of all chick fil a. Always a 15-20 minute wait

There were a total of 14 people working inside and still managed to get order incorrect. All tables and floors were dirty. When asked if a big group came in before us the answer was no. I was told there are wipes sitting near trash can that we can use to wipe tables off.
This may be the first smelly and dirty chick fil a I have ever visited.

But it was pretty cool to visit a Dwarf location.

I ordered a market salad with spicy fried chicken on it into my disbelief. They put a whole piece of chicken on it not even cut up. they said the store policy is now that they only cut the chicken if I ask I didn't order a chicken salad sandwich I ordered a salad with chicken on it. !

This Chick-fil-A also has the Dwarf House (not the original) attached. It is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been. The food wasn't good, the inside was dirty, and my order was messed up. I was very disappointed

Mini review:

Let's hit the good points first.

The restaurant is immaculately clean and the staff are very polite and friendly.

And now the bad...

This is there worst Chick-fil-A I've been to when it comes to the speed of service and food quality.

The service here is slow on every level: cashiering and cooking.

And finally the food is very inconsistent. It wavers mostly between fine and overcooked/burnt. It seems like there is no quality control.

We won't return.

The dwarf house food was ass. Plain and bland asf and expensive for no reason. Will never go back.
