As of 10/18/23 their Health Code Score is 100 = A.
I often order lunch from this location for company events and this location has never disappointed me. They are always give welcoming customer service and fulfill my orders quickly.
The sandwich, wraps, and salad opens are very delicious and fulfilling. They also have vegan selections as well.
The ambiance is moderate like any other fast food restaurant and it's always very busy. Including the drive-thru.
I would definitely recommend this location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will leave very satisfied.

Reporting routine blockade obstruction using stools and seatbelt strapings of fire exit during peak periods of over occupancy with high school students particularly on Friday late afternoons between 3:30 and 5:00 pm.

Owner operator refused to remove obstruction and continues the practice. I warned her that I would contact the fire marshall if she did not adhere to regulations to protect our children.

TRIPLE CHECK your order before leaving the drive through. Once you leave there is no way to communicate with the store. Horrible customer service experience!

The whole 2-lane drive-thru here is a hot mess. I doubt I'll be back. It negatively impacts all other aspects of operations. But I guess it fulfills the needs of all the people who have convinced themselves they don't have time to go inside and eat, but do have time to sit in their car for 30 minutes. *insert eye roll*

you would think that after multiple reviews about management that this chickfila would do better. im not going to bother with my personal story through the drive throu, just know that it aligns with MULTIPLE other guest's comments and complaints. MANAGEMENT SUCKS & this comes from someone who works in the hospitality industry. :)

I recently visited this location to purchase box lunches for my job the total was about $212.00. This included 1 gal of tea & lemonade. I asked for some ice & I was told I could PURCHASE the ICE. I then began a conversation with mngr who was bringing the food to my car. I didn't understand WHY I HAD TO PAY FOR ICE when I paid for the drinks. He tried to say it would be different if I got a bag of ice & refused to give it to me. PLEASE DONT EVER patronize this location. I frequent Chick fil a often bc of their excellent customer service but I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. This saddens me.

From the POV of someone who worked here, do not come to this location. I'll give credit where it is due - the majority of the staff here are nice. However, the general manager is one of the most abrasive and condescending people I've ever met. The owner is a nice person, but ultimately undermines the integrity of the staff. When I brought to light the level of disrespect I was being shown by management, it was completely disregarded. Overall, the management here, for a lack of a better word, sucks. CFA is a great company with great values, but you wouldn't know that if this location was the only one you visited.

The service at this Chick-fil-A sucks, and they served burnt fries. I will never go back to this location. Stay away.

If it were me, I would go to another location. This owner-operator doesn't care about people and it trickles down to the staff. The food may be decent, but the owner is not. She would rather make a nickel than do the right thing. I'll let you guys judge for yourself. I ordered over $70 using the app. Delivery was through DoorDash. Food never arrived. After over an hour, the store calls me to tell me they have my food. They are unwilling to refund (that's through DoorDash, I get it), they didn't want to re-make my food, just wanted to tell me about it as if I hadn't noticed only my drinks were delivered. I'm still fighting with DoorDash, but the owner-operator Teresa hung up on me when I tried to talk to her on the phone, and she told my wife in person that if she did any more it would be money out of her pocket so she couldn't do anything. Good luck with this one.

I visited this location today and service was absolutely HORRIBLE. While in the drive-thru, the associate continued to have issues with the iPad - to no fault of his own and I had to repeat my order several times. After ordering a 12-ct grilled nugget, I was provided with a 4-ct chicken strip meal and I immediately brought it to the attention of the associate before I left the drive-through. The associate confirmed that she would gladly provide me with my grilled nuggets. With it taking time to make, I was asked to pull around the restaurant. After sitting there for almost 10 minutes the associate came and advised that I would have to pay another $1.45 in order to receive grilled nuggets - nevermind that was what I'd originally requested. She left to speak to her Manager and returned advising that she would not be able to provide me with grilled nuggets. I asked to see the Manager. She left again and returned and advised that the Manager would not be able to see me. I then asked for a refund. She left and returned and then requested that I provide her with my debit card as well as the Coke that came with my meal (that I was drinking!). At this point, we are almost 20 minutes in. I then exited my vehicle to go and speak to the Manager and the Manager provided me with 3 ultimatums - either pay $1.45, take 12 fried nuggets or get a refund.
Although the staff were extremely apologetic, the Manager provided no apology and no courteous service. It's not often that you meet an asinine Manager at Chick-Fil-A but Theresa is the epitome of what is not needed in the restaurant industry.
Theresa, despite you attempting to ruin my appetite and desire to return to a Chick-fil-A, I did promise you that I'd provide a review and it's been my pleasure to serve you.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0
