Chicago Pet Sitters is a mainstay of every vacation we take. They are incredibly reliable, caring, and consistent. Steve in particular went above and beyond with our two cats--making sure to give them each the attention they needed while taking care of the various messes they made along the way. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We have been clients for over 10 years and the pet sitters are consistently reliable, dependable, and lovely with our pets. I love the feedback we get every day we're away. congratulations you guys for being one of th best!

Since my last review of Chicago Pet Sitters, we transitioned to a new sitter named Andy H. He has been just as amazing as Darcy. We recently had a baby, and the transition to parenting a human and also an 11 month old corgi has, at times, been a challenge. Andy has helped that transition tremendously, with walks 3 days a week. This has been especially helpful during the cold winter months in Chicago. We want to keep Leia active in both mind and body, and Andy helps make that possible! He has even helped introduce some "Leave It" training to Leia, helping resolve her bad habit of eating everything on the sidewalk during her walks. He even shared some YouTube videos so we could practice these skills too. He's also helped improve Leia's leash pulling and excitability around other dogs.

Andy has gone above and beyond the role of dog walker, and I can't say enough good things about him and the help he has provided during our transition to parenthood. Chicago Pet Sitters is a fantastic business with fantastic employees!

They weren't able to help us with our temporary pet sitting needs while in town. But they did answer the phone and were very kind and gave us some good suggestions. Thank you!

I have been using Chicago Pet Sitters for over a year now. My cat is extremely shy and they are always so gentle with her - especially Kyle J! They also provide write-ups and photos of the visit promptly which is appreciated.

I recently adopted a kitten, Oswald. Chicago Pet Sitters did an absolutely amazing job caring for my little furball while I was away! They sent lots of cute pictures of his play time and cuddles, as well as photos of the litter and food each day. I had such peace of mind while I was away from my kitten for the first time, and returned to a happy kitty!

We were nervous hiring sitters for our elderly cat who needs regular medication. But we were so impressed with Tiffany K. and Josiah L. who came from Chicago Pet Sitters! They took great care of our cat. They also wrote long notes and took photos every time they visited, which was lovely to get while travelling.

They took care of everything we would do while at home- they even cleaned up the cat litter and threw it away outside the apartment, so when we came home there wasn't a smelly trash can! They brought in packages from the mail room and even offered to water our plants too!

This is a somewhat an expensive option, but these folks were absolutely worth the cost. We will be using this service for any trips we take in the future.

I've been using Chicago Pet Sitters for 2 years now and have never had a negative experience - they have always been accommodating, helpful, and thorough. My sitter, Gimo, was wonderful and went above and beyond for my cats during my most recent time away - they allowed my younger cat to climb on their back and shoulders and cleaned up a mess that my other cat unfortunately left in the bathtub. I highly recommend CPS - there is not another service that I trust more!

I am so glad I found Chicago Pet Sitters! Their sitters are so friendly and reliable, and I always know that my cat is in good hands with them. They have a great app where the sitter provides regular detailed updates of their visits with my cat, which is so comforting.

Additionally, Chicago Pet Sitters' customer service is top notch. I recently went on a trip where my flight home was delayed and I was going to get home a day later than planned, and they able to accommodate my request on short notice to have a Sitter check in on my cat. Their prompt customer service was such a relief during a stressful day of traveling.
