Chicago IVF

I have been working with the Munster location of Chicago IVF since 2021. All of the office staff are beyond helpful, kind, and understanding, especially Tammy. I have always been treated with such compassion. They answer all of my questions and concerns and even offer suggestions based on their experiences. The staff at the Munster location made me feel at ease while navigating this very emotional journey. I will forever be grateful!

It's hard enough going through infertility, so do not waste your time and emotions here.

I recently underwent my 3rd IVf cycle at another wonderful clinic-message me for details, after trying my first and only one at Chicago IVF. I'm a rare case who's been through a lot. But this place barely took the time to notice and just strong me along with the same approach they do for everyone.

I'll just be honest, this places care sucks and they make you feel like an experiment or a number. The facility in Oak Brook, in which they carry out procedures lacks resources and resembles an old high school basement hallway. I felt completely uncomfortable with them the entire time. I'm glad they "canceled" my cycle because it made me realize their one size fits all approach is unprofessional and unintelligent.

Tammi and everyone Chicago IVF have been a dream to work with! Everyone has made my husband and myself feel comfortable and aware every step of the way. We are forever grateful to work with this team!

This clinic cares about its patients as a person and not a number. Tammy at the Munster location is awesome. If you are looking to start your IVF journey or you are looking to change doctors I highly recommend Chicago IVF

Chicago IVF is a wonderful facility full of wonderful, intelligent and caring individuals. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable during the whole process. Thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff we have 3 healthy and beautiful babies. A 2 year old son and 4 month old twins (boy and girl). Dr. Brasch is amazing at his trade and I wouldn't trust anyone more!

Currently going to Munster Chicago IVF and so far has been a great experience. I wasted so much time and money trying to conceive then coming here to get down to the bottom of everything I no longer have no worries. They walk you through every step and explain every procedure if needed. They stay positive which allows you to have high hopes. Now hoping and waiting for some positive news in the next few weeks!

Don't go here to give a semen analysis. The room they put you in is not private. You could hear every word from the offices on both sides of the room. You'd think it logical to put this type of room away from everything to provide as much privacy as possible. You can hear through the wall like they are paper. The room is a very uncomfortable exam room. The seat is a doctors chair with vinyl covering. Was supper cold. How do they expect you to sit on this thing bare skinned. Expect to be standing. The exam table way a gyn exam table with leg clamps. Won't be using that either. Couldn't wait to get out of there. You'd be better off getting your sample in the comfort of your home, and just driving it there to drop off.

I have had nothing but good experiences in the Munster office. The clinicians and front desk staff have always been polite, caring, and attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family who are in need of their services!
