About the Business
It's pretty simple, actually. We're all about good food, made well, for a good price. How do we pull that off? By cooking from scratch. That's our secret ingredient, and it makes for great tasting food at an even better value. From our baked-in-house Honey-Butter Croissants, to our hand-battered Chicken Tenders, to Salmon, Pot Pie and Ribs, we want you to get a lot, for not a lot, in a place that feels like home. Give us a shot and we'll show you what you've been missing.

It was right by my hotel and open till 11pm on a Sunday. It's like a Applebee's maybe slightly below. Won't be back but gave two stars to the awesome waitress Lacey who was super nice and genuine to me and the other tables around.

Arrived 530p on a Sunday night. Not really crowded, seated right away and lots of open booths. Upon seating noticed floor was dirty and not cleaned after each table turned, bus boys paid no attention. Staffing was good but took time to be greeted , ordered entrees and they came before the side salad, server did apologize.
Took salads home, checked out on the machine and later discovered I was charged for Table Games of $2.99.
It was "Ok", food was good, prices fair, service was spoty, question cleanliness- if the public facing floor is dirty, how is the kitchen? Can't blame staffing as there was a Manager and 2 hosts at the hostess stand, 2 bussers, and plenty of servers.
Hadn't been there for some time, might be awhile before I return.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Aug 19, 2023
Can here with my parents for dinner. Tianna was very pleasant and professional. She checked on us several times to ensure how the food quality was.
I had the blackened white fish and broccoli and it was awesome.
Tianna deserves a raise!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Aug 8, 2023
Unfortunately I would not recommend this cheddar's .
My wife has celiac's and we told the waitress . Even specifically told her no croutons on the salad . When the salad arrived it had croutons, ok no big deal . We reiterated that she has celiac's and asked for it to be remade without croutons . Instead of remaking the salad she simply removed the croutons and you could still see all the crumbs .
This was complete disregard for what we asked do to the celiac's . When asked she said it was remade , total crap . I was done after that I didn't even mention out main course food was all cold and way over cooked .
I can without a doubt say I will never visit this location againHelpful 2Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Stephen M.Kathleen, GA3576Feb 27, 2024
I called at 245 pm to reserve a table for 12 people. The girl who answered said I needed to talk with a manager, I was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. At 245 I am sure they are not that busy, just lost the business of 12 people!!!!!!! Should not be this hard

Terrible management, the worst leadership I have ever seen..to sit and watch every table around you get seated get their drinks and food and haven't even seen our drinks or appetizers l. Coming from the restaurant industry the managers here are not actively involved on the floor to help their servers. Our server was so over whelmed she was almost in tears. she was amazing and did all she could do In the situation.

We almost didn't eat at Cheddar's this evening because the parking lot was full, people were waiting around outside and inside. We were surprised to have Cheyenne seat us immediately.
Sydney provided excellent service. Delicious warm crescents drizzled with honey butter were served with our tea while we were still pondering over the menu. We were kept well hydrated with unsweetened tea refills.
I had the chicken pot pie and Caesar salad. The salad was good- maybe a tad too much dressing for my taste, but I was not disappointed. The pot pie was perfect- a flaky crust topping and big prime chunks of chicken, peas and carrots.
My friend had the half-rack of ribs with a honey bbq sauce and a baked potato. Except for a dark blemish (bruise) on the corner belly of the potato, he was content with his meal.
We asked for the manager to commend her young hostess and server. The manager, Mary Ann, proudly identified herself as the owner. She offered to replace the potato. We told her that was unnecessary, as we overall enjoyed our visit. She recognized her staff with praise and presented herself professionally and with optimism!
We enjoyed the clean and comfortable surroundings of cream brick and light stain wood (knotty pine). The music, light and contemporary, was played at a perfect volume, mixing with the happy background chatter of conversation, clinking dishes and the ping of silverware. We felt welcomed- friendly folks among staff and customers.
If you are considering this Cheddars, give it a try!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cissy S.GA, GA321Aug 14, 2022
Last night we ordered curbside pick up. My husband SPECIFICALLY said NO SEASONING on my steak bc of my allergic reactions. What I ate was half cooked green beans, soggy broccoli & YES a steak with seasoning!! The seasoning was light but it was still there so today I'm dealing with the effects. I tried calling the manager but after the receptionist asking to explain my issue, I was left on hold & no manager ever came to the phone. I'll never order from them again. We've had far too many bad experiences with that restaurant lately. It USED to be my favorite...now it's fully staffed with poor service.

The food was ok. The service was very slow. We had to remind the waitress numerous times about missing food items. It felt as if we were constantly waiting on something to be brought. The floors needed attention as well as the bathrooms. It was clear they have been neglected throughout the day. This is not a restaurant I would recommend going to. We did see the manager in the restaurant ,but he didn't seem to be aware or concerned about the conditions of the restaurant.

Cheddars seems to have some good times and bad. The food has been mediocre each time we've gone. Once I ordered a wrap and it was horrible. The front staff (hosts/hostess) seem confused sometimes upon entering the location. The restaurant doesn't seem the cleanest sometimes. I've seen napkins, straw wrappers... just debris on the floors every time I've gone here. I would still recommend just for somewhere to go but it's not the top of my list, more like a last resort.
