Charlie Brown's Steakhouse

Love this Charlie Brown's. No other Charlie Brown's I've been to can compare nor comes close to the quality the one in Oradell brings. Other CB's food were too salty, quality of meat wasn't that great, many have closed down... but this place always brings the game. I came here often in the past, whenever I've had terribly lousy days; their food always cheered me up.

- Slow-Roasted BBQ Ribs, half rack ($18.99); full rack = $23.99. The meat is tender and strips right off the bones; comes with coleslaw and a choice of side. Complimentary salad bar.

- dishes from the Farmer's Market Salad Bar, where you can grab anything from a large array of choices.

Unpictured are the Steakhouse Sirloin (8oz. $18.99; 10oz. $21.99) and the Ribeye Gorgonzola (14oz. $28.99), both of which are thoroughly enjoyable.

Meals are on the pricier ends, they are not gourmet, but the ingredients are fresh and their meals have so much heart. Great service, too!

Charlie Browns steakhouse in Oradell is simply the best! This award winning restaurant has the most awesome salad bar in Bergen County. We were amazed at the variety of veggies, diced ham, turkey, chopped liver (like mother wished she could make ), potato salad, hummus, beans, chick peas, chopped eggs, and asst breads and salad dressings.

Charle Browns offers a variety of special ethnic menus, ie october fest, as well as special promotions for regulars with coupons and pricing.

Loved the German cake and brownie sundae!
We really enjoyed the Nespresso Cafes lattes
Along with dessert.

Just got back from an epic Pre-Valentines Day celebration at Charlie Brown's Oradell. Fabulous affordable ! The perfect venue for a romantic dinner or family dining! Try their awesome chili, mussels marinara, and cedar plank salmon! The desserts are mind blowingly spectacular : ice cream creations on top of a ginormous baked chocolate chip cookie!They also serve the best iced lattes in town!

Prior to Xmas we revisited "Charlie Browns" in Oradell to present their award for Culinary Excellence for their food. Service and ambiance. This award is given for those venues and individuals who have made Excellence their mission!

GM David Bradley has also been chosen as 2019's/2020 Restaurant Manager of the year! In Bergen County!

My boyfriend and I were at a store near here and because it was close we decided to try it out and have an early dinner.
When we came in, we were immediately seated in a spacious booth. We started off with some cocktails that were both delicious and strong. If you check in on Yelp you get a free Firecracker Shrimp appetizer (which of course we did). As a starter I tried the French Onion Soup which I thought was absolutely delicious! The Shrimp was a little too spicy for me but my boyfriend enjoyed it. For dinner I had the gorgonzola Ribeye and my boyfriend ordered the meatloaf. My order came with the salad bar which was excellent! Salad extremely fresh and a TON of choices. The only thing I would suggest is to add pita bread to the salad bar to compliment the hummus (which was also really good). Our entrees were also satisfying. I wouldn't go as far saying it was the best steak in the world but it was cooked perfectly and the bake potato was also yum. If I am back in the area I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Nice cocktail specials depending on the day and the service was also really good.

My partner had a craving for some salad. Thanks to one of our friends who recommended this place. Haven't been here in such a long time as this is one of three establishments in Bergen county, New Jersey. Even though they have a parking lot, it was full. We weren't going to wait and parked on the next block. As one walks inside, there's a bar area to the left and the main dining room on the right with the unlimited salad bar. The food was tasty and just the right amount. We of course saved a little room for desserts. It's another winner!

I'm battling with giving this 2 or 3 stars. Made reservations for 6pm Father's Day. Arrived and had to park in another business lot. Walked down and host tells me 30min wait. No biggie bc we just went into bar area. I think we were seated 15 mins later.
It was the slow service and bland food that turned me off.
I also could not use my Yelp check in offer for free appetizer although there aren't restrictions posted on it.
The clam chowder was merely potato soup, coconut shrimp were over cooked and queen cut prime rib lacked flavor so we had to keep adding salt. Although everyone loves the salad bar, when you are seated on top of it and watch what goes on, you'll never want to eat it again. (I.e. the gentleman replenishing it did not have gloves on the second time and was picking up the veggies with his hands to transfer into next container)
Our waitress was really nice and refilled our drinks often, but there were still many delays between getting food and the final check. I don't think this was her fault because it looked like all waiters were pulled in fifty directions.
Overall I won't return to this location.

I used to have a Charlie Brown's about 500 yards from my house and it was a place that I would regularly visit. One sad day, without notice it was closed. I knew there were some that had stayed open but hadn't run into one. We were coming from a party in the area and saw this Charlie Brown's and decided to stop. The two young girls who seated us were so nice and professional. My friend had the Charlie Cut Prime Rib and said it was great and that he wished he'd gotten the larger cut. I had the Crab-Stuffed Shrimp which were really delightful and I'm sorry but is there anything better than a SALAD BAR? I think not. Our server was really on the ball and the manager even stopped by to ask if we were happy. We were.

As a corporate event planner in the finance industry, I have eaten in the best restaurants around the world. By the time I am home from a week long event with dinners at fancy schmancy restaurants, I just want a salad, entree and baked potato. Charlie Brown's is consistent in my experience over the years. However, THIS CHARLIE BROWN'S was THE BEST I have ever been to. I still want them to bring back the one close to my house but I can honestly say, I would go to Oradell just to eat there again.

I came here for the salad bar because I remember Charlie Browns having baller salad bars....my memory is either really off or this location just sucks but the salad bar was reallllyyyy small. Bummer.

I did an add on to the salad bar and got the chili (I think it was only a buck extra which is a good deal). The chili was decent, came with a small side of sour cream and a pack of crackers. I've had better chili but definitely could of had worse so I cant complain.

The service was atrocious and is my main reason for probably never coming back here. It's not even worth going into details but the service was very poor and it wasn't even busy, so there's really no excuse.

I really like this Charlie Browns my mom and I come here when after we get our nails done sometimes. I have never had a problem here before and today when I checked in I got a free appetizer of the popcorn shrimp with chipotle sauce which was AWESOME! My mom got pieroggis and I got a chicken sandwich with mash Potatoes which I love from here. To finish our big lunch off we got a smashed apple pie. Sounds weird but delicious. We had a good waitress she was very fast with service and nice. Definitely will be back here again!
